(real quickly, all those updates that i did that one day was me going back and switching some characters around. daniel now has a crush on corbyn and jonah is now friends with daniel and zach. i just feel like more people ship dorbyn than janiel (jonah and daniel) so ya)

he never came back.

i had sat in my living room all day, waiting for him to come back. even if it was just to get his school stuff and not for me.

sighing, i adjusted my grip on zach's backpack as i walked into the school. as soon as i walked through the doors, i quickly made my way over to zach's locker.

instead of seeing the owner of the locker, i saw daniel seavey and jonah marais.

'where's zach?' i asked.

the two gave each other a glance like they knew a secret.

'he's not here yet,' said daniel in a sing song voice.

'you're welcome to wait here for him,' smirked jonah. 'he'd probably love to see you this early in the morning.'

'it would definitely make his day better,' agreed daniel.

i looked back and forth between the pair as they exchanged a knowing glance. 

'ok you two weirdos, here's zach shit. he left it at my place by accident,' i said as i gave jonah zach's backpack.

'oh we know,' commented daniel with a wink twice.

'what the fuck is wrong with your eye?' i asked. obviously, i knew that they were probably hinting at what zach and i did but i didn't want to just admit it to them.

jonah laughed while daniel sighed.

'you know what, never mind. imma go,' i quickly said.

before they could say anything else, i was gone.

i check around the corner to see if the coast was clear. i was trying to ditch english class again. i couldn't go to the bathroom since that's normally where i hid when i didn't want to be in class.

no. i had to go somewhere that they wouldn't think of looking.

the library.

once i knew that no one was coming, i quickly sped walked to the library and made my way to the back corner. hopefully, there wasn't someone there and i could just hide out in peace.

but sadly, that wasn't the case. someone was already there.
