MIKIS P.O.V

It's now 3:16. This is really happening. Like legitimately happening. Chloe went downstairs for more checking up, probably going threw her check list making sure she had everything plus more.

No. She's crying I hear it, am I really hearing this or am I imagining this? That couldn't be real cause when I heard another noise it sounded like it was her closing the downstairs door. What was that sound? Wtf... I think it's coming from under the bed? Chloe walks in and gives a weird look to me but a hushing look, she walked out of the room and opened her other brothers door, Curran, but it's not him in there, it couldn't be he's never here. I then start to hear Chloe laughing, she ran in giggling. "It's my dog, that honestly scared the shit out of me. I had no clue what I was about to walk into!" Relief washes over my body. But I still have a weird tingling feeling going through my body, just the after shock, and my breathing is off.

"So, did you check everything and all that to make sure it's all good to go?" "That's not what I was down there for." she stated. Then what? "Why were you down there then?" "I went down there to check and see if Devin was here," "Uh oh... Is he?" "No."

Her telling me that sent a weird feeling down my spine once again. Why isn't he here? I know that hurts her cause she's really close with her brothers, but I'm not asking her about it cause I feel like she wouldn't want me asking.

CHLOES P.O.V

He's not here. And it sucks. Even though I wouldn't have said anything to him it would be reassuring to know he was here. He's my older brother and nothing can replace that. I don't know how I'm going to make it with out him. It makes me sick to my stomach thinking about it. When ever I get sad, mad, happy, or in trouble I go to him. He's the only one who can calm me down when I'm in a negative mood.

Obviously Currans not here.

Right as I said that a car pulls into the drive way and out comes Curran. Great he's going to see all my stuff and be awake for the next hour or two. Maybe it was a long night and he wants to go to sleep- I hope so. "Shit Chloe, Currans here!" "I know, I know, it's fine."

"CHLOE WHY IS YOUR TRUCK ALL PACKED UP?" I hear him faintly yelling in the kitchen, I run out my room and tackle him telling him to be quiet and not wake up my mom and step dad. "I just got back from a trip, why?" I said. It came up automatically thank god for living with them and having to make stuff up really fast "Oh just because I was wondering, I'm really tired and going to bed." he starts to walk towards his door "Nalahs asleep in there! Don't wake her up!" I warn. "Love you Chloe, see you in the morning." Yeah. "Yeah you too."

He gave me a funny look and closed his door. I let out a breath I had been mentally holding in the whole time. "I give him five minutes till he's out." I say. Mikeala then says "then let's do ten minutes till we leave just to be safe."

"Let's go." it's now 4:19 we stayed a little longer making sure we cleaned the house and all that so we left on a good note and made sure every thing was perfect.
