Interview

Bela and priya both reach to Mahirs office,priya ask bela to sit and wait for sometime and takes her folder with her.

In Mahirs cabin

Priya: May i come in sir?

Mahir:yes

Priya:gets inside and says sir mene ek ladki dhundh li he who is capable and willing to do this job.

Mahir: willing is ok,but she is capable or not that i will decide.

Priya:Ok sir! But she is here if you want you can take her interview now.these are her papers and resume.

Mahir:Ok.Give me the folder and when i will call you,send her in.

Priya: ok sir and she leaves.

After coming out Priya tells bella she have to give the interview after few minutes.bela gets nervous listening this,as she was not prepared for this.

Mahir go through all the educational documents of bela and also her resume,after having a look at them,he calls his p.a to send bela in.

Bela knocks on the cabins door and ask mahir-May i come in sir?

Mahir:-mahir face is towards the wall and he is sitting on his chair and he says yes.

Bela gets in and goes to his table,Mahir revolves his chair infront of bela's face and says,So Ms. Sharma, Bela gets stunned by seeing his face and gets more nervous on remembering he is the same guy who bumped with her and mahir remain still as he has already seen bela's photograph in her resume and knew that she is the same girl who bumped into him on the road infront of the hotel.

Mahir:- So,Ms. Sharma please sit & Tell me something about yourself?

Bela:- takes a sit and gives a general intro of hers.

Mahir:-what is your biggest weakness?

Bela:- I am a perfectionist and its because i have OCD and i dont like things to be wrong or not on the correct place,and sometimes people think its my weakness,may be it is but for others not for me.

Mahir:- what you.....bela:-x-cuse me(as mahir opened his mouth to ask the next question bela interrupted him)

Mahir:-kya

Bela:-if you don't mind,kya ap pls apni ghadi ka strap thik kar lenge,as i told you i have OCD and ye thk nhi hoga to i won't be able to concentrate on my interview.

Mahir see his watch strap Smirks😏 and corrected it.

Mahir:-Ms. Sharma give me a one good reason for hiring you for this job,as i can see you dont have any kind of experience.

bela:-Sir everyone use to be a fresher at one point of time and until and Unless They dont get the platform to work,how anybody is going to get the experience.
Sir During my College days mene  Sehgal Industries ke bare me boht kuch suna he or me ye bhi janti hu ki apne boht mehnat se is company ko is position tak pohchaya he,par ap hi btaiye agar apke papa Mr. Andy Sehgal apko ye platform nhi dete to ap ye kese krte kya unhone apka experience dekh ke apko ye platform diya tha,jab tak kisi ko kam krne ka mauka nhi milega vo khud ko kese prove krega.

Mahir smirks😏 on her Answer and After asking few more Questions he says Okk Ms. Sharma you please wait outside priya will let you know about the results.

Bela leaves the cabin.Bela (in mind):-Ye to vhi khadoos he jo cafe k pas vale hotel k samne mujhse takraya tha,ye job to tujhe nhi milegi bela kya zarurat thi subah subah usse behas krne ki.

Mahir calls Priya and Hr of the company and Says Hire Her.
Priya gets happy on this and says Thank you sir and leaves.

Bela (in mind):- Job to milegi nhi pta nhi itni der se kyu bitha k rakha he.Suddenly priya comes to bela and says congrats bela tujhe ye job mil gai.

bela:- kya Sachiiiiii she gets happy like a child who gets a candy after a lot of struggle and hugs priya.priya takes her to the Mahirs cabin again to complete The formalities with hr and to tell Her the job role and responsibilities.

In Mahir's Cabin
Mahir:-Welcome to the Sehgal Industries Ms.Sharma i hope you will fulfil all your responsibilities of work properly as u got the platform to prove yourself.Am i Right?

Bela:-Absolutely sir,i will definitely try my level best to prove it.Thank u so much.

Mahir:-priya inhe inka job role or cabin bta do.

Priya:- Sir job role to thk he par ek problem he

Mahir:-kya

Priya:-Sir mere cabin me kal se maintence ka kam shuru honewala he to cabin khali krna padega i was about to leave the job to mene is chiz pr dhyan hi nhi diya.

Mahir:-Oh my God Priya! atleast u should have informed me.
Anyways mere cabin ke samne jo cabin khali he vo inhe de do
priya:-par sir vo cabin to ap kabhi kisi ko nhi dete......

Mahir:-Do As I Say. Dont question me.
(Mahir ke cabin se samne vala cabin bilkul visible hota h k vha kon he or kya kr rha he Mahir sab dekh sakta he or Aj tak Mahir ne vo cabin kbhi kisi ko nhi diya hota he)
and Ms. sharma you have to join from tomorrow,as i dont want my work to suffer and u can leave for today.
bela nods her head in a yes and leaves.
