Chapter 15

"Well Greeting. I am the leader of this group and my name is Glorianoche and these are my mates bloodstone and lilacluna. It's very nice to meet you. Storm has told us much about you two and his siblings. We were going to bring him back to you once he had a chance to relax and get something to eat. He was in the water for about 6 hours." She said walking further out of the group with her mates standing behind her.

"Well thank you for saving my baby boy. I don't think I'll ever be able to repay you for doing that." Hiccup said pulling Storm into his embrace.

"Don't worry he's a night fury and we help each other out especially with the small amount we have." She said smiling sweetly at Hiccup and toothless.

"Well thank you anyways but we better get going we have other kids to get back and I think they really want to see their baby brother again." Toothless said picking up Storm and putting him on his back.

"Of course of course........but you could always stay here with us. We are the only night furys left and your kids could learn our customs and.......could begin to prepare to have the next generation." She said and hiccup instantly bristled his mother hormones kicking in.

"I am not going to let my babies be raised just to be basically breeder stock. Their going to mate with anyone they want to. Not just to keep the population going." Hiccup growled glaring at the leader.

"But it's what's best for your children and you. We would take care of you children while you have more and you won't have to worry about anything." She said stepping closer and Toothless realized all the other were trying to surround them. Toothless nudged Hiccup before quickly taking to the air knowing Hiccup was right behind him. They made sure to weave in and out of islands and the forests they held making sure the other furys didn't follow them. They really didn't need the others to follow them and try to take their kids if they got desperate enough.

After a few hours it started to get dark so Hiccup and Toothless decided to land at a small island so they could get some hours of sleep before continuing.

"Mommy why did we have to leave them?" Storm asked as he nuzzled himself into Hiccup's side.

"Because they were going to use us. They were planning to do something that we think is very bad." Toothless said as he dropped a couple of fish in front of his mate and child. Storm momentary forgot what he was asking and gobbled up half of the largest fish that was in the pile. Storm purred happily as he burped and stumbled his way into Hiccup's front legs. He laid down and nuzzled himself under Hiccup's chin. Hiccup smiled and laid his head down so only Storms head was showing. Toothless smiled lovingly and finished up the fish before going behind Hiccup and laying down. Toothless spread his wing and cover Hiccup like his wing was a blanket. They both feel asleep to Storms happy purr.

The next morning they left before dawn so they didn't get caught flying in the afternoon heat. Storm was fussy waking up so Toothless just placed him on Hiccup's back and they took off. While they flew they made sure to keep an eye out just in case the other night furys were following them.

It took them about 3 hours to get back to Berk and then fly their way to where Hiccup's mother was. When they landed Shadow, Raven, and sky raced towards us. Storm wiggled till he slipped down Hiccup's back and was tackled by his siblings. The sound of their giggles was music to Hiccup and toothless' s ears. Hiccup's mom walked out with a smile on her face.

"I see you found him." She said stepping next to Hiccup.

"Yeah he was found by other night furys and they invited us to stay but they only wanted to use all of us as breeding machines." Hiccup said in disgust and his mother nodded. No one said anything else, just watched the kids play.
