Chapter 13 (Short)

I wake up in a room that I'm familiar with. It was the infirmary of Hereford base. I sit up and I feel a slight pain in my lower abdomen, I look down and I remember being shot under my vest yesterday.

YN "I wonder where Meghan and Sofia are at?"

I got out of the bed and I head to the door and as soon as I opened it I was met with Meghan walking in. She smiled and hugged me really tightly.

Valkyrie "I'm so glad that you're alright YN."

YN "Yeah I'm fine. Where's Sofia?"

Valkyrie "With Ela and Zofia."

I sat down on the bed and she followed me and sat next to me.

Valkyrie "So whats next for you YN?"

YN "Well I was going to go spend some time with Sofia and you. I have been out for a day and I didn't get to see you."

Valkyrie "Well about that YN."

YN "What is it?"

Valkyrie "Six wants to talk to you and since you're awake she wants you in there now."

YN "Alright."

I got up and I head to the door and I felt a hand go in mine. I look at Meghan and she has a tight grip on my hand and so as we are walking I noticed that it was real quiet and no one was roaming the halls.

YN's Mind "Somethings up."

The two of us head to Six's office and when we enter I notice everyone is there and they all have looks on their faces and six says to me.

Six "Please have a seat YN."

I sit down and she continues.

Six "You went against my orders and left the base. I did it to make sure that you were going to be safe, but I understand YN. You were worried about your child and you wanted to get her back no matter the cost. I'll let it off with a punishment that isn't that bad at all. You will not be able to go on missions for 3 months."

YN "I understand six."

Six gets up out of her seat and walks over to me and motions for me to walk with her. So I get up and followed her.

Six "why is it so quiet?"

YN "I was wondering the same thing. I didn't know that it was going to be this quiet now."

We head into a room and turn the lights on to see everyone jump and yell.

??? "SURPRISE!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY YN!"

YN "Oh shit."

Valkyrie "Don't tell us that you forgot your own birthday."

YN "Well when this has happened for so long you kind of forget everything else."

??? "DADDY!"

I look to the side and saw Sofia in a pretty dress and had her hair up running to me. I hugged her and kissed her on top of her head.

We all then partied until we were getting tired. I could tell Sofia was really tired so I placed her in my room and she fell asleep instantly. I head back out where everyone else is at and Meghan grabs my hand and directs me outside.

Meghan "YN. I want to say I love you we haven't been together that long, but I want you to know that no matter what I want to be by your side."

YN "Meghan I love you too I want nothing more than to have you by my side as well as having Sofia in my life again. I hope that you can give her the same care as you'd give one of your own."

She wrapped her arms around my neck and I wrapped mine around her waist and we brought our faces closer to eachother and we were about to kiss when Eliza coms out.

Ash "Guys you need to come in here."

So the two of us go inside and there are two soldiers coming in and say.

Soldier "YN LN?"

YN "What?"

Soldier 2 "You are under arrest."

YN "Whaat!"
