Saturday came by in a breeze. It was finally the day of the date with Adrian and the first day off from work in forever, at least that's how Tyler felt. She sat on the couch on her phone, chilling for the first time in a few days since working five days in a row. Her three year old little sister Zabria stood in front of her rambling on about her wanting to go outside, but honestly that was the last thing Tyler wanted to do. It was already hot as hell in the house because her mom didn't want to turn on the air conditioner and even hotter outside, but Zabria kept insisting on playing at the playground.
Tyler let her talk while she scrolled through Instagram with one ear bud in and the other resting on the top of her ear, every now and then Zabria tapped Tyler on the leg making sure she was still listening. Tyler would then reply with "Uh huh. I hear you." Then Zabria kept talking. It went on consistently for about ten minutes.
"TYLER!" Their mom yelled yet again unbeknownst to Tyler from her mom's bedroom startling her and making her jump off the couch so fast, she almost fell and ate the carpet. "Huh? I ain't do it Bria did it. I ain't see it with my eyes but I know she did it." Zabria looked at Tyler like 'this bitch.' If somebody had to go down, sorry Bria.
"Sorry sis." Tyler said and pulled out her buds and patted Zabria on the head heading to her mom's bedroom. She didn't knock on the door she just stormed in and that's when Tyler saw her dad sprawled across her mom's bed half naked sleep.
"Ain't it time for you to leave. You always dip around this time." She poked her fathers head making him jolt awake. "Don't be touching me like that girl. Get out so I can enjoy my after sex nap." He said and rolled over in bed. Tyler's jaw dropped and quickly scrunched up. 'Nasty bitches', she thought to herself.
The bathroom door opened to reveal her mother in her silk robe. "Imma need you to babysit tonight." Tyler shook her head repeatedly "Uh uh I'm not babysitting your demon child. Plus I got a dat- day tutorial lesson today remember?"
