"jayden! Finish your breakfast already, Asher's going to pick you up early today" Jaydens mom exclaimed. Jayden sighed and eat her pancakes.

"why does Asher pick me up all the time?" Jayden tought to herself. Every morning since first grade, Asher was always the one who pick her up. Though, Jayden would rather go to school all by herself than go with her non biological brother.

Asher and Jayden arrived at the school and they parked their bikes. Jayden sighed, happily.

"what's up jay jay?" Asher walked with Jayden through the hallways.

"you don't need to know everything Asher" he raised his shoulders and Jayden punched his arm playfully.

"well, got to go to chemistry" Jayden grabbed her book from her locker.

"wait wait wait" Jayden turned back and Asher grabbed her book. Before Jayden was going to get it back, Asher pulled out a note from her book.

"it says" he coughed and read the letter. Jayden then went over to read it as well.

"do you have a crush lesbi?"

"ohh" Asher covered his mouth with his hands and makes a shock face. He then get his face back normal and crush the paper.

"nobody messes with my non biological sister" Asher winked and hit her playfully. Jayden smiled grabbed the book back. The bell rang and she ran to the classroom.

"hi! I'm sorry if I'm late" she looked down with her books.

"it's alright misses bartels, you're right on time, have a seat next to... Misses LeBlanc" Jayden then make a confused face. "LeBlanc? Who's LeBlanc?" Jayden thought to herself.

She looked around and saw a girl, waving her hand at her. She pointed her finger down. She meant for Jayden to sit there. Jayden went there and sit by her.

"hey Jayden, we finally meet" she looks to the person which made her make the same shock face as Asher's.

"oh, uhh, Annie right? I... I mean hi" Jayden rubbed her forehead thinking of what she just said. Annie giggles and looked at her.

"yes, I'm Annie, or should I say... " Jayden made a slight smile.

"miss LeBlanc?" Jayden and Annie laughed and talked through the whole class.

The lunch bell rang and Jayden waved to Annie and Asher was already pulling her aside.

"you talked to Annie?" Asher asked with his breathless voice and his hands on his knees.

"yes I did" Jayden smiled proudly. But that smile turned to a frown.

"why are you so... " she moved her fingers around him and looked at him from head to toe.

"did you just run a mile angels?" she asked again confused.

"the usual, diego" Jayden rolled her eyes and helped him up.

"come on, I wanna go eat" she dragged Asher to the cafeteria. Her and Asher picked a tray and got their food. They sat down with their, usual friends. Kenzie Ziegler, and Armani.

"Asher what did you just do?" Armani went to him and sat down with him. While Jayden sat beside Mackenzie.

"hhm" kenzie looked at Jayden with a wide smile.

"you sure you like girls? Not boys too?" kenzie said whispering.

"if I do, I would be Asher's girlfriend by now" Jayden whispered back and they laughed.

They talked about random things. Jayden and Mackenzie talked about gossip. While Asher and Armani talked about sports and music and all sorts. Jayden looked back and saw Annie talking with her group of friends. Hayden summerall, lilia Buckingham, and carson lueders.Annie sat next to Hayden. Jayden thought it was okay. Until she saw them holding hands, smiling happily.

"hello? Earth to Jayden" kenzie waved her arm right in front of Jaydens face.

"oh, uhh yeah sorry" Jayden smiled, fake. Fake as gold.
