Chapter 3

I arrived outside of the gym at the said time of Tanaka-senpai. There, I found Tobi-kun and Shoyo…

"Oi, Tobi-kun" I half-shouted. Tobi-kun looked at me with a shocked face

"R-rin! What are you doing here ?"

"I was about to ask the same thing" I then crossed my arms on my chest

"W-well......ummmm...." Tobi-kun scratched the back of his head and avoid his gaze. I sighed deeply and felt a vein popped

"Oi Kageyama.... you do know that I hate people keeping secrets from me or avoiding me. Spi it out now or you will get it" I then flexed my arms and fingers...

"Well...." Tobi-kun was about to explain, but Tanaka-senpai suddenly arrived.

"Ahh it's so cold in this morning" he then tossed the key to me. I looked at him oddly.

"Is this allowed?"

"If you will keep it a secret" I shrugged my shoulders and opened the gym's door. I entered the gym, followed by Tanaka-senpai. I was setting the net when I heard those 2 idiots arguing with each other on who will enter the gym first...

'Geez, me and Tanaka-senpai were the first one who entered the gym. What are these guys debating for?'

While those 2 were practicing their spikes and toss, Tanaka-senpai explained that those 2 challenged captain for a 2-on-2 volleyball game, but captain made it on a 3-on-3 game to battle with the other freshmen who will joing the team. If Tobi-kun loss, he won't be a setter be will still be accepted on the team. Captain planned this since he thought that those 2 will be a great pair for the team.

I was just helping them by giving or receiving the ball. I know how to play volleyball because a friend of mine taught me when we were still around 7 or 6 years old. I don't know where the heck he is know since he went somewhere that he didn't even tell me.

We finished practicing before 7 am and Tobi-kun and Shoyo practiced somewhere within the school grounds. While me and Tanaka-senpai removed the equipments and acting like we were doing volleyball related when captain and Sugawara-senpai arrived.
