The wolf

Chapter 1

Time- 6:00 A.M Day- Monday
I love my dad, but he can be very mean and abusing to me. I work right after school at a cafe. It is really nice there and if I work 2 hours a day (not including the weekend) I get paid $150. I tell my dad I get $140 so that I have a little money. I sleep in a small room with a bed and a closet. I have a alarm clock and a small desk, and I also have a small dresser for my stuff. I have some talents and I LOVE to read. I read almost every day at lunch. I get school breakfast and get a bit of food at home. Sometimes I sneak in some food from the cafe( I pay still) so that I am not to hungry. I clean the house daily. Same with the dishes and laundry. We have a small basement where my dad does stuff. We have a kitchen next to the hall. The hall leads to my room and the bathroom. Dad boarded up my little siblings old rooms. He sleeps in his and moms room. I spend most my time reading, drawing, or coloring. I have a phone, some colored pencils, gel pens, all of the Harry Potter books, and some other books. I have to get ready for school because if I don't my dad will beat me. Yesterday my dad said that I could have $20 of my paycheck! I think he is starting to be nice to me because his depression isn't as bad as it was.    

Time 8:00 A.M
I just got to school, but now I have to wait until we can go to the lockers to put our stuff away. This is my last week at this school. People have started to see my bruises, and my dad doesn't like that. Here at school I have 7 periods not including lunch and advisory. On Friday we also have enrichment and the other classes are shorter. I have decorated my locker with wolf things ( like stickers) and some galaxy things. Sometimes people try to talk to me but I just smile and run away.
