"Taro got mad cause I didn't tell him what happened when I found Ski" I said to my best friend Eyonna as we sat at Bjs eating pizzookies. I needed comfort food and she knew exactly where to bring me.

"I mean.. I didn't really meet him, he was unconscious or drunk the whole time and besides that crush was while ago, I mean, he is fine but my starstruck .. -ness?? Is over now.."

I took a spoonful of my dessert to hopefully keep my mouth from spilling any true details.

She gave me one more hesitant look before her and my sister headed out of my hospital room. They hadn't left my side since they got here and I appreciate it but now I gotta do business. As soon as they were out I went and picked up my phone.
"Why you so worried about her? She seemed chill. All you can do at this point is hope she got some type of decency and don't say shit.." Gabe told me as I gathered all my stuff as I was leaving the hospital to go back to a hotel.
"I learned the hard way that hope ain't enough. Especially since muhfuckas nowadays will do anything for 10 minutes of clout. I gotta get shit done myself and find out who she is and pay her off or sumn. I don't know what I told her while I was fucked up.." I said and shook my head.
I was supposed to be on a flight to Texas literally fucking yesterday. I'm wasting time and losing money, my head ain't right, I know that but I can't just stop what I'm doing 'cause I feel some type of way.
