My Idol Only (Jennie X Jungkook)

Jungkook's POV:

We were getting ready for our performance, Blackpink already performed and they did amazing. I can't wait for the collab with Jennie.

Our collab is the last one, so we still get to prepare, I am nervous I don't want to mess up. Please I don't want to make a fool of myself. 

We were up next as the makeup artist did my make up. "You are going to do fine Jungkook" The artist said as I smiled. I nodded and smiled. I hope I do. 

We walked on stage as the song started, I put on my cool and started dancing. When we were almost done dancing I gave a heart to my fans. The stage turned dark as we exited. 

Thank goodness other idols were not watching us, they all are backstage. I was heavy breathing as I grabbed my water bottle. I drunk all of my water and tossed it in the recycle. 

I grabbed a napkin and wiped my sweats. "I am going to go see Blackpink... Jungkook want to come??" Tae asked me as I quickly walked to him. I followed him, I looked ahead to see Jennie talking to Irene. 

Tae kept walking as he stopped to greet them. "Hi" Irene and Jennie said. I waved back as Tae said it back. 

"Where are you going Tae??" Irene asked. "Oh I was going to greet the rest of blackpink and talk with Jisoo." She nodded. 

"Irene will go with you along the way" I heard as Jennie said then pushed her to Taehyung. Tae shrugged and kept walking. I stayed still as I watched Jennie look at them.

"Yes!!" She said and started dancing. I chuckled, she is so cute!

"Why are you so happy??" I asked and she quickly turned around as she bumped into my chest. She backed up and looked at me embarrassed. 

Jennie's POV:

I was too happy about Irene and V that I forgot that Jungkook was here. That's embarrassing, I just danced stupidly in front of the guy I like. 

I want to hide under a rock and live there forever. I snapped out of my thoughts as I saw that his face was up close to mines. I jumped back.

"I am sorry I didn't mean to scare you, you were spaced out for a bit" 

"Its ok" He smiled at me. "Want to walk around??" He asked and I nodded my head.

We walked around the backstage and was talking, he made me laugh at things he would make up or funny times that has happened between him and his members. 

"So are you nervous about the performance??" I asked as he stopped. "Uh yeah I am" I chuckled. "Its ok I am too" 

He walked over to a chair and sat down, I followed and grabbed a chair then sat it near him. 

"What is wrong, you seem...different Jungkook" He slowly looked at me and sighed. 

I want to know what is bothering him... but I am scared to ask. 

Jungkook's POV:

She noticed how I was acting different, damn. I need to stop, she won't like me back. I will tell her now but I know it will hurt me. 

"Jungkook-" I cut her off. "You want to know??" I looked at her in the eyes, as she slowly nodded. 

I sighed and closed my eyes, she will just reject you Jungkook. Well I don't care I will still love her, I just need to get it out of my chest. 

I can feel tears in my eyes, I didn't let them fall down. I opened my eyes and cleared my throat. 

"So... I know you won't feel the same with me but I just need to get this out of my chest. I love you Jennie Kim, I know you don't love me back and I will accept it." I said and stood up to leave.
