A/n: hey guys! I want to thank you all for the views and ideas. @DeathUnicorn360, thank you for the name of Eleanor, though appearance is different. love you! okay now that I said that, here we go!

Sebastian's POV:

Ciel's eyes widened as my arm was around him I felt him start to get scared and moved him closer. "He's not going anywhere, demon," I said defiantly letting my eyes have deep crimson go to a glow that looked almost black but was a dark violet showing protectiveness. Ciel calmed and I said that for some reason I can't explain, my demon side will easily kick in but I always control myself physically.

"Oh,is that so? Sebastian Michaelis, you couldn't kill me if you tried." Eleanor snickered trying to break me. I didn't though I simply glared at her then Ciel spoke,

"You will not have me. I can't leave Sebastian and go back to that place you call home, I will do anything to protect my loved ones and stay here." His voice was firm but a but shaky.

"Putting up a struggle eh? Okay, tell you what. If you want to fight that much then I'll fight you human, Sebastian can't step in unless you fall unconscious or until I'm dead." Eleanor smirked.

"Human? is that what you think I am now?" Ciel said glowing his eyes the same color as mine.

Eleanor gasped but regained composure quickly, "So your that new demon in town threatening to move my rank to 3 right next to Sebastian here." she growled and walked outside for us to follow. I kept my arm around Ciel and walked outside with him. She walked to an open space and summoned a sword that glinted in the moonlight making it look silver yet it was a black sword. Ciel took a step away from me and made his death scythe, (that the reapers gave him a month ago so he can help judge on big cases) appear in his hands. It was a blue and black scythe sword. He gripped it tightly and took off his gloves setting them in his pocket and steps towards Eleanor. "Sebastian, this is an order, don't interfere until I tell you to. Eleanor any rules apply but no cheap shots, got it?" Ciel said defiantly. I knew he meant, 'don't kick me in my manhood' but he wouldn't admit that to her.

Eleanor smirked, "Of course not brat."
