[Sorry for not updating, I had severe writer's block and barely had any time to even write. I still sort of have writers block, so don't mind the lack of chapters.]

Summer was over. You had spent the entire morning packing and nearly fell running out the door. You didn't take the bus, so you went to school the non-lazy way, by running. You barely even missed school, dreading the thought of Baldi hitting you, the thought of Bully... well, bullying you, made you mini-cringe as you opened the front door and headed to the Cafeteria.
As usual, a granola bar was sitting on one of the tables. You always wondered how it even got there, but at least you didn't have to pay for it. Free food is always good. There was never a bell that told you when class started, so you kept your watch with you, digital since telling the exact time is hard. It was relatively close to classtime, but you still wandered. Nothing much happened, just the usual Playtime running without somehow getting caught, Arts and Crafters trying to find a way into Baldi's class, all that. Unfortunately, you got lost quite easily, especially in the school. As if on cue, the Principal turned the corner to come face to face with you.

"Oh, hey y/n!" he waved with a smile. "How've you been?"

"Good." you replied. "I'm uh, a little lost..."

He grabbed your hand. "Ah, I'll lead you to class then. Come with me."

As promised, he guided you through halls upon halls of... halls (wOw), until you finally arrived at the door of the classroom.

"All the doors look the same, so I couldn't tell where I was."

"I understand... we were on a bit of a tight budget when we were building the school, so all of the doors are literally all the same. Maybe we should invest in making pathways to classes."

You shrug. "Well, it was the best you could do... I should probably get going now, no one wants to get Baldi mad. As it is I was sorta... delaying getting here. I thought I was gonna get here on time, but..."

"Hey, the important thing is that you're here now... so, see you at lunch?"

"I guess so, I'm not doing anything at lunch as far as I know."

He turned around and waved. "Alright, see you then!"

He ran down into the hallway, completely disregarding the rules that he himself had created. You shook your head and smiled before turning the handle to the classroom.

Baldi smiled at you. Despite being slightly late, he seemed to have brushed it off. You sat down at your desk as he started the lesson.

(Sorry for the short chapter, I'm having trouble thinking of what I could put next. Suggestions would be appreciated, love you guys ❤)
