twenty six.

the party was going on until I saw another car pull up that I don't recognise. some figure gets out the car and heads towards me. I start to realise who the figure is and I'm shook.

"jack?" I ask as he slowly approaches me

he walks closer and i can see him. i run. i run to him and jump in his arms and cried. i can't believe he is here with me. "ellie babe you don't need to cry" he says rubbing me back.

"i can't believe you flew out here jack" I reply hugging him tighter.

"i couldn't go into 2019 with you hating me" he says.

"hey love birds sorry to interrupt but I'm bored" josie says walking over to her "hey jack"

"hey josie" jack says hugging her. "josie i have a surprise for you" he says. he takes her hand and I got really annoyed and jack could tell so he bought me into a side hug. we walked into the house where hayes nash and 4 other boys were sitting.

I ran over and hugged rye, andy mikey and brook and so did josie. "why are you all here" I ask them wiping tears away from my eyes

"well jack said he wanted to come over to surprise you so he asked nash and hayes and they said yes and to bring us 4." Rye says bringing me back into a hug

"mikey i thought you said your moms car wasn't working" josie responded

"it doesn't, but rye picked me up" he says bringing josie into a hug

"okay rye get of ellie and let's go and join the party" jack says taking my hand. we walk outside and enjoy it. jack decided he wasn't gonna her drunk tonight so he could be with me.

me and jack are holding hands. so are josie and mikey.

we now have 30 seconds

jack brings me closer as we start the countdown

jack pulls my face to his and we connect our lips. we kiss for a good 2 minutes until he pulls apart and says something I never thought he would say. "ellie grier will you please be my girlfriend" he asks me I feel all the attention come onto us and I look into his eyes
