i go home today.

i am woken up by alarm blasting down my ear. i hear jack groan next to me and role over to wrap his arms around me. i melt into warmth but remember i need to get up.

i push him back and get another whine from jack.

"ellie where are you going it's really early" jack asks me sleepily rubbing his eyes.

"i'm going home today jack. i'm only gone for a couple days" i reply as i start getting changed.

"no! please stay"

"i haven't seen my family since my birthday jack. you have band stuff to do" i softly smile.

i packed last night so i just need to get ready and leave. josie is coming later as her family aren't at home till later.

"face time me every night. text me everyday. i'll miss you" he says as he gets up and raps his arms around me.

"of course. i'll miss you more" i reply leaning back into him. he gets dressed and then we head downstairs.

"ELLIE GRIER. don't go yet you need to say goodbye to us sexy lot" rye says walking into the kitchen hugging me really tight.

"rye you're squishing me. i'm not even going that long i'm going for literally a couple days" i reply pulling away from him and hugging the others. "i'll see you tomorrow josie?"

"yes i'll come round tomorrow to see you all" she replies hugging me.

i say all my goodbyes one more time and head into my car with jack following behind me. i put my bag in the back and turn around to jack.

i get pulled into a long hug and i sigh and melt into it. he kisses the top of my head and rests his chin on it. i pull away and kiss his lips. i hug him one more time before i get into my car.

"goodbye jack i love you. i'll see you soon" i say as i pull out.

"i love you" he replies and then i drive away. my 2 hour drive back home. i do miss my family i just wish jack could come along.

sophie went home last night, jack wanted to go home but he obviously couldn't.

i pull into my drive way and hop out my car. as soon as i'm out and pulled into a massive hug, by the smell i'm guessing its hayes. i hug him back and then i feel more people join our hug and i just smile into hayes chest.

"ellie we missed you" hayes days and he pulls me tighter.

"i missed you all too. i've been busy with the boys and then harv. and then other stuff. i'm back now for a couple days" i reply grabbing my bag and heading inside

"ellie when is josie coming back" nash asks me. i turn around and give him evils.

"later. you can see her tomorrow" i say bluntly. i can see a smile creep on his face. i roll my eyes and head up to my room. i flop onto my bed and call jack till 11pm.

"jack babe i'm really tired imma go now. i love you" i say to the phone.

"okay i love you. goodnight sleep well" he replies. i smile and end the phone. then my phone don't stop buzzing.
