It has been a few days with The Crew, although my first time around wasn't to kindly and this wasn't much better, they left me cry. I have been sitting in the lounge room I presumed crying over Taylah, not knowing of what had happened to her.
I kept wondering if they shot her in warning or hurt her terribly, what if they actually killed her because she wouldn't obey them? Taylah was smart enough to live through it right?
I flinched as light flooded the room, this happened every morning. The boys woke a little before sun rise and find me sitting in the dark, still not moving. They tried forcing me to eat but only got me to take water.
"And she still is the same." The guy in the suit sighed.
I didn't even bother to look towards them. I noticed their steps coming closer and closer to me.
"Why did we try to get this wreck so hard?" One of the monkeys questioned.
I heard a few hushes and shush from the group, however I agreed. The wreck I was at the moment did not deserve the struggle they went through, they thought they would get a strong will girl who would take out people on command.
My body flinched once more as Vanoss stood in front of me, crouching to be eye level with me on the couch.
"Kat, You need to snap out of it. I really don't know why you are acting like a sorry sack of shit." Vanoss snapped.
However his words didn't affect me because I just stared at the owl shape necklace on his neck, no locket. The same one from my younger days, the same one I gave me crush.
"Evan?" I cried out.
Everyone seemed to freeze.
"You killed Evan didn't you!" I screamed.
With out thought I ripped the necklace of his neck and cradle it to my chest. Whispered started to form around me, Vanoss sighed and moved away not even fighting to get the necklace back. Through the whispered I heard "How does she know Evan."
After awhile they all stood in front of me.
"Are you ready to start moving again." The hockey masked questioned, quite rudely to.
I nodded my head in defeat.
"Good, you will start us by cleaning this house, cooking for us and just staying here doing what you can." Vanoss stated.
I glared at them. "And why the hell would I?" I yelled.
A loud hiss left my lips as Vanoss gripped onto my grin, forcing our facing really close. "Because you are mine now, so you do what you are told. Got it." He spat out.
I nodded with a small whimper, I didn't feel as much fight as I use to. Probably the lack of food and the lack of Taylah, knowing if she was alive and well or not. Vanoss nodded and pulled me off the couch, dragging me down the hall. My legs tried to keep up but kept stumbling as the lack of movement and food in my body.
We walked into a random room, it looked quite plain in honesty. Vanoss dragged me towards the closest and opened it, inside shocked me. A range of different clothes but mainly maid outfits.
"We still need to make you pay for all the shit you did to us." Vanoss started.
"And what-" Vanoss cut me off. "So just put on this outfit everyday until we say otherwise, we are going to training.Good luck."
I growled as Vanoss left the room, then I remember the locket in my hand. Slowly my hands opened it, and to my surprise their was the worn out photo of Evan and I. Tears brimmed once more as I stared at my long ago boy in his owl costume, wearing his charming smile. I stood shyly smiling in my cat outfit, this brought every memory back to me.
