Jack POV

I had just finished unpacking my stuff and I would throw on sweatshirt and some checkered vans. I ran out the door and skated my way to school.

It was huge! and I had never seen so many different people in my life! As much as I hated school learning the people is cool. I headed to my first class after the rundown with the principal. I introduced myself. Everyone's said hi back and there were whispers about how hot I was or that I was cute when I got flustered. I was flattered but the one that caught my eye was the boy in the back. He didn't look at me. His cheeks were rosy as he tried to stack his pencils. I took a seat next to him and everyone's whispers changed tone to menacing.

"You don't want to talk to him he never responds! He will try to attack you if you touch him!" I heard all their lame warnings.

I ignored the signs and I touched his shoulder. They were right but as soon as he lunged at me and scratched my cheek he immediately shrunk back and sat back down.

"Hi! My name is Jack! As in Jack Avery! What is your name?" I reached my hand out and he didn't grab it he just went back to stacking his pencils like a little kid.

"Whatever, be that way and I sat next to him and went on with the rest of my day.

I got home and when I got there I saw him in the driveway next to me.

Great this kid is going to be my neighbor?
