Chapter Eleven: Calum

We were in Drama when Hayles mentioned some girl called Kelly.

"She's cute, funny and approved by me - what's not to like?" Hayles said.

I was so distracted with Melissa, I didn't get what she was saying. She went on and on and I was getting confused by the minute. Luke scoffed beside Hayles.

"He's not listening, you know? It's never going to work Hayles, quit while you're ahead."

My man knew me well. Honestly, I didn't care about this Kelly girl. I was too focused on getting Melissa. I sighed at the thought of her. Daamn she was hot.

Melissa got sent to the principal's office for wearing a really short skirt and Hayley took this opportunity to talk about Kelly.

"So, about Chloe... will you at least meet her?" She asked.

'Ohhh her name was Chloe!' I thought.

"Are you sure her name's Chloe? I thought it was Zoe?" Luke asked.

Now I was really confused.

"I thought it was Kelly? Hayles! How many girls do you want me to see?" I asked with a confused face.

Hayley groaned in frustration. Luke and I laughed at her. She looked hilarious. She calmed down then took a deep breath.

"Just one. CHLOE. Her name is Chloe, you dumbass!"

Just as she said that, our teacher, Miss Fay looked up at us.

"Calum, Hayley and Luke! Please leave the room! You're supposed to do your work and yet you are standing here having a mothers' meeting."

I stare at Miss Fay, shockingly. She was never like this. I looked at Luke, knowing he was thinking the same.

'Must be her time of the month' I shrugged.

Hayles, looking exasperated, walked out of the room in a hurry with both me and Luke following.

I walked off, leaving Luke and Hayley standing together.

"EXCUSE ME? Where do you think you are going Hood? You got us into this mess!" Hayley called out.

"Me? You were the one talking about Chloe, Zoe and Kelly!" I laughed.

"IT'S THE SAME PERSON!" She yelled.

"Daaamn that girl has too many names." I muttered.

Hayley growled at me. Yes, she growled.

I laughed, "Did you just growl at me, Hayles?"

Luke looked at Hayles, amused at it all.

"I need to pee... unless you have a bottle I can pee in, I need the bathroom." I told Hayley.

She scrunched her nose at me, which was kinda cute.

Even though I didn't know her long, she was like a little sister to me. An annoying little sister.

I also used this as an excuse for Hayley and Luke to talk. As much as I ship Cake, I wanted the two of them to be okay. And it didn't seem like they were okay. Hayley looked stressed and upset. Luke looked upset as well. I just wanted the two of them to be okay.

Just as I got out of the men's toilets I bumped into someone and their books went flying everywhere.
