Nearly ten years had passed since the Dursleys had found their niece and nephew on the front door step. The sun rose early in the morning basking the neighborhood in a bright and cheerful weather.

At the same time, two eleven year old's were still there, asleep at the moment while snuggling each other. Unfortunately not for long. For they're aunt was awake and it was her high pitched voice that woke the two children up.

"Up! Get up! Now!"

Harry woke up first with a start. His aunt rapped on the door again and again. Resulting poor Lily to wake up hissing at the sound.

"Up!" she screeched like a screaming banshee in Lily's opinion of course. Harry heard her walking toward the kitchen and then the sound of the frying pan being put on the stove.

He then proceeded to try and find his glasses while walking up he's sister. "Lily, wake up. Wake up Lils!" He shooked her only to be answered by her throwing a pillow at him. Irritated at her, he threw back the pillow onto her direction resulting a muffled Yelp from her satisfying the now smirking Harry.

Then suddenly Petunia was back outside the door.
"Are you brats up yet?" she demanded.
"Nearly," said Harry. And another muffled voice of Lily saying "Shut the fuck up" not that they're aunt would hear her.

"Well, get a move on, I want you to look after the bacon. And don't you dare let it burn, I want everything perfect on Duddy's birthday."

"Why'd we have to cook for that pig Harry?" The small girl whined while Harry rolled his eyes and drags her off of they're small bedroom which was a small cupboard under the stairs.

Walking towards the kitchen Lily grumbled under her breath complaining about how she hates it when her noisy aunt was waking her up. Hearing her exclamation Harry groaned and Petunia glared at them.

"What did you say?" They're aunt snapped through the door.
"Nothing, nothing..." Harry retorted glaring at his sister who just blew a raspberry at him.

Harry put the plates of egg and bacon on the table while Lily prepared the drinks. They're cousin Dudley however was counting his presents. His face fell into rage

"Thirty-six,"
"That's two less than last year."

"Darling, you haven't counted Auntie Marge's present, see, it's here under this big one from Mummy and Daddy."

"All right, thirty-seven then," said Dudley, going red in the face. Harry and Lily, who could see a huge Dudley tantrum coming on, began wolfing and chowing down they're bacon as fast as possible in case Dudley turned the table over.
Aunt Petunia obviously scented danger, too, because she said quickly, "And we'll buy you another two presents while we're out today. How's that, popkin? Two more presents. Is that all right"

Dudley thought for a moment. Finally he said slowly, "So I'll have thirty... thirty..."
"Thirty-nine, sweetums," said Aunt Petunia.
"Oh." Dudley sat down heavily and grabbed the nearest parcel. "All right then."

Watching the scene Lily snorted at the three figures and mumbled under her breath "Duddy-kins can't even count his numbers, pity" she then recieved a nudge from her brother who looked at her sternly along with Uncle Vernon glaring at her, Aunt Petunia giving her a poker face and Dudley almost bursting to tears.

Weird enough, Dudley seems to be fond of her not that she likes it anyway. She would always push him away or claim sarcastic remarks and mocks him. But hey, she wouldn't be that mean to her cousin if he had treated Harry nicely instead of punching him whenever he gets the chance.

Soon enough, about half an hour later, both Harry and Lily was sitting in the back of the Dursleys' car with Piers and Dudley, on the way to the zoo for the first time in both of they're entire life.

They're aunt and uncle hadn't been able to think of anything else to do with thrm, but before they'd left, Uncle Vernon had taken both Harry and Lily aside to warn them about no funny business.

Well technically in the end nothing actually did happen, of course if you don't count Dudley and Piers getting trapped inside a Boa tank, and that the said Boa spoke to both Harry and Lily. Netheless to say, both of them got punished by Vernon as soon as they got home no matter how hard they both tried to explain he just won't listen. And frankly that made Lily even more frustrated than she already was, earlier that morning
