Seungri sighed heavily, the situation he was in was weighing on him and pushed the air out of his lungs. He was stressed. But honestly, he also felt really good. He knew what he did would hurt the other four a lot and Seungri did feel bad about it, especially for Jiyong because he knew that the older would be scared to death. However, he also wasn't stupid and he kind of wished he would've done this sooner, perhaps he could've saved himself a lot of pain. Or maybe he should've just told them he was their CEO and that he was able to do many things to make their lives a living hell. But Seungri was too good of a person so in the end what he did was the right decision.
He did feel the urge to look after Jiyong though, not because he had already forgiven him but because he was seriously concerned for the leader. Jiyong had always been on the edge and Seungri knew for a fact that he was a huge part of the older's right state of mind so now that he wasn't even reachable... Jiyong wouldn't harm himself right? Or would he? No, he wouldn't. Right?
Seungri let his hand run over his face tiredly. It's been over a day since he had his conversation with Hyunsuk, the other guys must've known about the news for about nine or ten hours now. Should he give in now and at least turn on his phone? Maybe answer some calls or messages?
He had been hiding in his second apartment which he usually used for friends who came visiting from overseas or for family. It was slightly smaller than his apartment in Seoul but if he was being honest he preferred it because it was closer to the sea. The only reason he chose to use the other one was because that one was near the YG building whereas this one was located about an hour away. And that was inconvenient.
It was currently half past eight and even though Seungri had planned on staying here for some time the maknae had forgotten two essential folders that contained important documents and a few drafts for his new project, so in other words he had to go back there. But before he would do that he decided to look through his messages to see how bad the damage he made was.
Seungri reached into his jeans pocket and took out the device before he pressed the power button, watching as his screen lit up. He had to wait for a few moments until he could enter his pin code and shortly after he was already bombarded with messages as his phone buzzed uncontrollably. Well, what did he expect.
He got a quick overview, one message from Hyunsuk, two from his sister, one from his father and two missed calls from his mom, a few from various friends, seven missed calls and three texts from Seunghyun, five missed calls and four messages from Daesung, eleven missed calls and nine texts from Youngbae and ... uh twenty-three missed calls and fifteen messages from Jiyong.
After a short pacing through his living room Seungri let himself flop on the couch.
He shouldn't feel bad, he shouldn't feel bad, he shouldn't feel bad.
But he did.
First thing he did, after calming himself down for a minute or two, was answering YG's text. The CEO had written „Good luck, you better hide well, they are convinced to find you. Also, maybe check on Jiyong or something. You know why.". The first part of the message made him smile, it was good to know that they at least cared enough to not willingly let him go so easily, but reading about Jiyong made Seungri worry. Perhaps he should've looked at his phone sooner.
He replied with a quick „Thank you for helping me out." before moving on.
After he had sent the message he wasn't sure what to do next because if he read someones texts they could see that he had read them.
„At least Jiyong's..." The idol mumbled to himself and let his thumb hover over the leader's contact. „What if he did something stupid?"
A sudden flash of fear rushed through the maknae and he quickly tapped on the messages.
