„Come in." Seungri smirked as he leant forward in his seat. „I think it's time that all of you have a serious conversation with the second CEO of this company."
„...What?" Youngbae muttered quietly, confusion was written all over his face.
„What what?" Seungri asked back and just continued smiling at the puzzled bunch standing in the entrance. „Come in and sit down."
He waited but nothing happened. The youngest could see that his members didn't have a clue about what was happening right now but they obviously were aware of the fact that something was off if their expressions were anything to go by.
„Where is YG? He asked us to come here." Daesung eventually added after no one moved.
„As you can see" The maknae motioned around the room. „He is not here. What, are you not happy to see me? I thought you were looking for me."
„You didn't leave."
All eyes turned to look at Jiyong who had just whispered the obvious.
„You are still here."
„I am."
Jiyong leaped forward and threw himself at Seungri, who had kind of expected that reaction from his leader but was slightly surprised anyway. Yet he still opened his arms for the older to fly into, and at that point Seungri thought that Jiyong understood the situation. Kind of. Maybe not.
„Thank you!" The rapper mumbled into the other's neck. „I don't know what happened, but thank you!"
The other three looked at what was taking place in front of them with suspicion. The way the youngest had acted in the beginning had them concerned, there were so many questions but no answers as of yet. If it wasn't for the strange behavior of their maknae they would've done the same as Jiyong but the manner in which the youngest sat in Hyunsuk's seat and played the CEO... was that some kind of revenge?
Youngbae decided that, at least for now, he didn't care after all and walked towards Seungri to peel their leader off him and give him a big hug as well.
„We are so freaking sorry Seungri, you have no idea. I have no clue what is going on at the moment but to be honest I don't give a damn. I am glad that you are here so that I have the chance to deeply and sincerely apologize. We didn't treat you the way we should have and even though we never meant to hurt you it does not change the fact that we did. We were ignorant of your feelings and seem to have forgotten about the equality in our group along the way. You have all the rights to be angry, upset and hurt but please do not forget that Bigbang is not Bigbang without you. We love you and just one day, yesterday, taught us probably the biggest lesson of our life."
Youngbae had always been good with his words. He was a soft guy with an even softer heart that hurt for everyone that suffered. But he was also known to keep a cool head at times like these where no one else was able to keep themselves together. His words had a healing power it seemed, back in the day when Seungri was thrown out of the group, Youngbae was the only one to really care and his encouraging words were the reason the maknae hadn't given up and tried again. To hear his thoughts, being as soft as always, felt really good.
„I, too, realized a lot yesterday." Daesung interrupted with regretful eyes and embraced Seungri shortly but it was meaningful and reminded Seungri of just how much he needed this kind of affection after all. „I am just a year older than you and yet I always behaved like our age gap was so much bigger. My thoughts weren't always the nicest but you were never the one to blame. I guess I lost faith in the good in people and instead searched for their faults. The thing is, everyone has faults but I saw them where there were none. You are good person through and through, everything you do is done with the best intentions, always. It was hard for me to understand that not everyone is manipulative and selfish but I am so thankful that now I finally caught up with that misconception because of you. I learned so much from you and know that I always love you.
