Chapter 2

I faintly opened my eyes. I looked around and grey was at my side asleep. I looked over and saw the head master of the guild beside me.

"Your attack happened again." he said and I sat up.

"It's the second time this weak." i said and the head master smiled. He put his hand on my head and ruffled my hair making me laugh.

"You're still young, you're gonna grow out of it." He said pausing. "now get some rest." he said and then turned around.

"Head master, wait." I said and he turned around.

"You wouldn't happen to have any room for another person on the guild now do you?" I said smiling. He laughed a little.

"Yes, we always have room." he said and I jumped out of bed wobbling a little.

"I wanna join fairy tail!" I said and he smirked a little.

"Get some rest child," he said and turned around.

"We will talk about it tomorrow." he said and walked put of the room leaving me alone with grey sleeping. I crawled back in the bed and instantly fell asleep.

*in the morning*

"I'm ready!" I called to Grey. I wore a short blue dress and leggings. I then put on my flats.

"Okay." he said and I grabbed his hand.

"The guild has changed so much." I said as I looked around and everyone was smiling.

"Yeah, past the years there has been some new ones." grey said and I looked up at my brother then laughed.

"Your clothes big brother." I said and he looked down and jumped.

"WHA?!? " He yelled and a girl with Natsu and his cat happy, came by.

"Oh, grey? when did you have a girlfriend?" the girl teased and Natsu an happy giggled a little. I sighed and pushed his hand away from mine.

"She's my little sister!" grey yelled and the laughed in embarrassed.

"Oh, well hello! I'm Lucy!" she said and I stood behind gray.

"Come on. Now would I have you meet someone who is gonna zap you?" Grey said and I stepped out from his back.

"I'm venessa...what kinda of a wizard are you?" I said and she smiled.

"I'm a celestial wizard," she said and I titled my head.

"With keys right?" I said an she nodded. I smiled and then reached in my pocket.

"Do you want this key? I don't use the spirts for magic, I have wind, fairys and then there's a mystery one." I laughed and I put the keys in her hand.

"Y-You're gonna just give it to me?!" she said and I smiled.

"It's not like I use them, I really don't know how!" I laughed a little and rubbed the back of my head. "I have one for back up that my master set up for me. He comes and goes so if you see a weird guy with me, that's him." I said smiling. I then realized something.

"Big brother? Where's Erza?!" I said and he shrugged.

"I don't know." he said. Erza and I use to be friends when we was little. She was really the one who started getting me into magic. I turned around and saw her red hair and her armor whip by.

"Erza!" I said and walked over to her. I instantly hugged her an people gasped. She looked down and blinked.

"Venessa?" she said and I smiled.

"Took you long enough silly!" I teased and let go of her. She sighed and petted my head.

"I have missed you, how has the mountains been?" she smiled and I giggled. I flipped my hair to the side.

"It's been good but..." I started to say and someone grabbed my arm. They spun me around making me face them. My heart beated fast as I looked in their eyes.

"Why is part of your hair white?!" grey said in a loud voice. I flintched at him and said nothing but looked past his shoulder.

"Answer me!" he yelled and gripped on my arm.

"F-Fine!" I said as I pulled my arm away. "A few weeks ago the mountains had gotten attacked, my master, he tried to protect me...and well the..." I paused and a tear fell down my face. "S-stop I don't want to talk about it!" I yelled and tried to walk away. He grabbed my hand.

"I demand you to finish it!" he said and I felt his and Erza's stares on the back of my head. I sniffled and turned around.

"The guild black widow, attack me and my master, they used magic and..." I started crying and I covered my mouth. "a-and they killed my master with magic in front of me!" I said pausing and took a deep breath. "I tried to save master but....i-I couldnt!" I paused and whipped my face. "I got taken to their guild and they held me there for weeks! I got blasted with a white burning ray and it turned some of my hair white!" I cried and started to shake. I was trying to calm myself down and try to breath normal. It's like I couldnt! The air got thicker and making me gasp.

"Venessa, it's okay don't cry." Grey said and I looked up at him and then gasped and whipped my face on my arm and fake smiled.

"W-What? I'm not crying?!" I yelled in defense. He sighed and ruffled my hair.

"You haven't changed have you? Now what was this guild?" he said and I looked at him confussed.

"Yes, I would like to know to."

"B-Bla- NO IM NOT LETTING YOU FIGHT THEM! ITS TO DANGEROUS!" I yelled and grey turned around.

"I don't have to listen to my little sister!" he teased and put one hand in his pocket and then other in the air waving it.

"Gramps should be down soon so you can be stamped." he said and he looked back and smirked.

"Might wanna get the tear stains off before he sees." he said and walked away. I sighed angrily.

-flash back-

Sometimes, when someone is screaming inside, they just want help.

The words my master said to me before we fought for our home.

No matter what, always believe, dream, and show you're the best. Never give up you hear me venessa!?

He looked into my eyes and he looked like he was about to cry. I felt a tear go down my face and I smiled to try to not worry my master. He whipped my tear away.

Don't you dare cry on me now! You know we can beat these bakas in their place!

He pulled me into a hug as soon as the lights flickered and I held him tight. He held onto the back of my head as we held onto each other like it was the last we would see each other.

I love you, venessa, you hear me?
