Chap 3.
I looked into the mirror at the tall, skinny girl with dark curls to her waist and sighed. She had super crap fashion sense. And she, is me.
My outfit consisted of some dark blue skinny jeans which hugged my curvy figure, a cute panther grey top and some slip on checkered Vans. The colours clashed slightly, and my outfit did contain a lot of dark colouring, but could I really be bothered to try change again? No.
And the dark colouring suits my mood, though I can be as happy as ever theres still a weight on my chest about Leon. Things would be a helluva' lot simpler if I'd just fall to his mercy.
But I'm not that simple.
Or stupid.
Why should I forgive my mate who only rejected me because of my looks? What happened to looks don't matter?
Its not like it even existed, we all know we'd like too look at something good and show it off. Though Leon isn't exactly showing me off, a lot of people know he's my mate and he isn't making sure they forget it. Anymore.
Before I left he'd continue to tease me along with everyone else, so no-one would find out. But now... my mother knows it, Alpha Dashov knows it and I'm sure a few more people do too.
I glance at my clock, it reading 8:50AM. I look back at myself in the mirror and huffed a breath out before running down the stairs, I kissed my mothers cheek and rushed out the door to my bike, my bag slung over my shoulder.
I got too school with two minutes to spare, I rushed up the abandoned steps and into the homeroom corridor. Running down the hall I stopped outside the door, composing myself before I entered the room. I stepped in, students still taking their places, I sighed in relief and took a seat up the back next too Leah. "You're lucky you made it, Mr. Darlan is a-"
"Quiet students!" A voice boomed, I looked up from leaning over my desk too a young teacher, in his early twenties I'd say, with golden sandy hair and bright blue eyes. It was hard from keeping a wolf whistle at bay, this guy is godly. The students had quietened down and his steady glare on us relaxed into a easy going smile, "let me register you, then you can chatter away."
He started calling out names when the door burst open, boyish laughter filling the room, I looked up at Jody and Leon who both had sneaky grins on their faces. "Quiet!" Mr. Darlan snapped, he stood, his tall stance nearly meeting Leon's. "You both know, the only thing I do not tolerate is lateness. What are your excuses?"
The boys exchanged looks nervously and Leon replied straightening his figure so he towered over Mr. Darlan. "We had a meeting with my father." Mr. Darlan immediately nodded, and they took their places in the centre of the room, Leon's eyes catching mine briefly making my heart beat double. I rolled my eyes and looked out the window trying to forget he was even in here. Mr. Darlan continued taking the register, his eyes briefly meeting mine i caught a flash of amusement before he looked back down to the laptop in front of him. I glanced over at Leah, 'he's sexy!' I mouthed, she nodded back grinning.
"Get back to chatting then folks." Mr. Darlan said happily, I scooted my chair closer too Leah.
"That's why you need to be here on time, it's the only thing he gets mad about." Leah said, resting her chin in her palm. I copied her movement and let out a breath.
"He's dreamy." I muttered, wondering what he'd look like naked, I bet he'd look great naked. Bronzed skin, ripped abs', dripping wet...
"Cassidy!" I felt someone shake me and I snapped my attention to the hand placed gently on my shoulder, Jody was shaking me.
