The Blending of The Blackbourne and Toma Teams ( Completed)

As I was settling in for the night after al the fun We all had just like when we were kids
Peanut was rolling around elbowing kicking any thing Peanut could
" I know little one you miss your daddies so do I but they should be back in three days but we do have your favorite aunts and uncles here to keep your " Mama" out of trouble so that should be fun " I tell Peanut

Glancing at the clock it's now 2 am feeling I'm not going to get any sleep tonight I get up and go into the kitchen
Open the fridge then the freezer I come up with the idea to cook and bake
Put 2 ovens on at 350 then the third one at 325 for the cake
There are two whole chickens in fridge I take them out open them season them up lemon pepper on one and the other with Cajun spices

Pop them in the oven and then got started on the the cake
I did a three layer cake with different flavors coconut , chocolate, caramel.
Mixing the batter up then dividing them into three different bowls to flavor them 

I added toasted coconut to the coconut layer
The chocolate one I added chocolate chips to it
The Caramel layer I left alone

Pouring them in the prepared pans I put them in the oven

Cleaned up my mess and by that time the Chickens were done and I pulled them out of the oven
Placing them on the counter to cool
Man it smelled heavenly in the apartment

I had about 50 minutes until the cakes would be done so I went over to the table and sat down it's now 4:3o am and I'm still not tired
Hitting the home button on my phone I decide to shop well browse the Internet looking at different baby things
Finding several gender neutral things that were adorable I screen shot them and send to Uncle Gabriel and I get a text back asking why the hell was I awake at 4:45 in the morning I should be sleeping

My reply was I can't sleep been cooking and backing made Cakes and two different whole chickens one lemon pepper and one Cajun style

Gabriel replied you are just like your Mama , now what is really on your mind

I miss my husbands

Oh they will be back in a few days and besides I will come by later today to pick the room I'm going to decorate for the baby

Lol I will it's Coconut Chocolate and Caramel

I put my phone down and go check on my cakes they are cooking beautifully and smell fantastic
Still got 20 minutes left on the cakes so I started pulling the chickens apart putting each in a separate container they were warm but not to hot

I took the leg bones , Wing bones and the neck bones put them in a ziplock back to use to make chicken stock later on

The timer went off I washed my hands then checked the cakes they were done so I pulled them out to cool
It was now 5:30 am and I knew Jacks would be up shortly because he was headed to work so I cooked breakfast for him I made veggie omelets for us packed with green peepers , red peppers, onions , cheese and a little hot sauce for Jacks

I was plating it up when Jacks walked in
" Harper what are you doing up "
" I couldn't sleep so I cooked and baked "
" Why didn't you come to me or Grey we would have helped you get to sleep you need your rest "
