Your .P.O.V

I groan and shift on the ground then get up with a start. Was I alive? I look at where I was moments earlier. Yellow flowers coated the ground in the spot I fell. It gave me shudders thinking that if I landed a foot away from where I did, I wouldn't be standing right now. I spot a room up ahead and try to walk towards it. Of course you fall down face first. Just then you remember your foot. You had run out of your house barefoot ( Dumb Idea Reader-San ) there were bandages around your foot though. The bandages were thoroughly soaked with dried blood and fresh blood was blanketing the golden flowers.

Very, very carefully you stand up again and this time slowly limp over to the other room where a small white cat looking thing.

A world of monsters, huh. Or is it just this one monster. It can't be any worse than the human race. The human race slowly kills. If anything this little squirt will kill me fast.

While you were thinking you ended up missing temmie's whole monologue. White "temmie flakes" were coming at you. Full speed. Every single attack hits you 1/20 hp. You start running away. Even with a limp you are relatively fast. Joining the track team has  finally helped you out. Temmie luckily was surprised by the move and didn't have time to react. All she could do was scream at you as you disappeared farther into the underground. ( Sorry I know Temmie's gender was never specified, but I'm going to call Temmie a girl. Sorry. )

You got you deeper only to find difficult puzzles. You manage to get by them and avoid any other monsters.

Deeper into the underground much deeper than you expected to live you find a small cozy cottage. To you it might as well of been the devil's lair. You search for any way around the home, but to no avail. You give up and pray to every god you can think of that you can sneak by.

You enter

In what seemed to be a living room off to the side was a goat monster. He was sitting down in a chair reading a book. You slink towards some stairs and as you get to the third step your heart sinks.

Creak!

"Hello, hello. Is someone there?" You could hear the monster getting up and rushing over. You take the stair two at a time.

"Child!" You felt the goat monster's eyes practicality cutting into your back.

You make a full on sprint at a pair of double doors. Pounding feet behind you clairifys the monster following you. You pick up the pace, ram into the doors and escape into a snowy area. You walk forward. A large crack of a branch alerts you of someone else near.

"H U M A N. Don't you know how to great a new pal? Turn around,
S H A K E   M Y    H A N D."

Hell no was your only thought. Movement on auto-pilot you turn into the woods and start limp running again. No footsteps followed. Maybe this guy didn't want to go through the effort of pursuing you. . . That was what you hoped.

All of a sudden you run face first into a orange hoodie. Hands tighten around you and you're held firmly in place. You squirm in a attempt to be free.

"Kiddo, that's not a nice way to react to someone being friendly."

You look up and see that your captor was a tall skeleton.

"Listen kid, I ain't gonna hurt you." The skeleton teleports you and him to another snowy place and lets you go.

This place had a make shift station of some sort. Out of nowhere a small skeleton wearing some type of funky armor runs up.

"Papyrus! You supposed to be looking for humans, not lazing around!"

"Sorry bro, I was BONE tired."

"Papyrus!"

"My bad, Sans. I thought that pun was a BONEifed success."

You start laughing. Both from the Sans monster being annoyed and the Papyrus monster's puns.

"Papyrus... is that a human?"

You tense up and get ready to make a run for it. A cold boney hand clamps down on your shoulder.

"Yes, yes it is bro," He glances down at you. "But instead of capturing them, I think we should take care of them and let them stay at our house for some time."

I was so right, monsters are better than the human race.

"Uh..." Sans looked at me, "Sure! I The Magnificent Sans will make sure this human will be our comfortable guest. Mweh he heh!"

Before you knew It you were being half pushed at a door into a nice home. You found yourself resisting. You just met him and now he was telling you to bunk at his house? Talk abount next level creppy. A arm wraps around your waist and Papyrus lifts you up and carries you in. The place was nice the down stairs had a living room and a kitchen while the upstairs had three rooms. ( I know there are only two rooms, but come on. Humans need a bathroom! )

You were waiting to be thrown or something, anything bad to happen when you're gently set down onto a green couch.

"Stay there, miss. I'm going to grab some of Sans's left over tacos."

He leaves and you wait as requested, but you most likely weren't doing what he wanted you to do. In your mind you were carefully examining the home searching for an exit other than the front door. All you saw was a window which of course was padlocked, no they couldn't be normal people. They just had to padlock it. Papyrus enters the room again, holding a plate of two tacos and a smile. Out of the blue his smile fades into worry and he drops the plate. It shattered into a million peices on contact with the floor. He rushes over to you and reaches for your foot. On reflex you swat his hand away.

He materializes a first aid kit and says in a hurried tone, "Listen human. Err what's your name?"

"Y/N"

"Listen Y/N that looks like a nasty wound. I can't believe you haven't passed out from blood loss yet. Well listen, if you don't let me treat that I will find other means that would probably hurt much more. Let me help you."

Reluctantly you let him help you. He puts stuff on it that hurts like a mother fucker, but you don't say anything. He was kind, to say the least, but you were showing enough weakness as it is. You make plans to escape that night. You might freeze in Snowdin, but at least you didn't have to feal guilty and like you were using people for your own good here.
