Each judge will be judging their respective stories in the categories they have chosen and decide on the books that they think are worth of moving to the next round. Judges will also Pm me their scores on each book so, I know which ones are worth moving to the next round.
An example of this is:
Round 1:
Fanfic: 6 books. Teen fiction 6 books. Poetry : 6 books. Fantasy: 6 books.
Out of the six books from each category, one will lose round 1 and the remaining five books will move onto the 2nd round.
But since it depends on the number of books entered and the fact that each category will have thirty entries, we might have to do a preliminary and narrow it down to maybe the top five or top ten books that will move onto round 1 and go forth from there and then decide from the final five or ten books on which ones earn 1st place, 2nd place, and third place.
