A vampire's tale

I want to slowly drain the blood from her body while she screams out in pain and horror.

I licked my fangs as I saw the girl called Darcyia yell out one last time before she went unconscious.

I wanted her all to my self. To drain the life out of her..

But no. I just have to share my catch with the boss and my brother.

The lazy bastards can't catch their own prey.

I pulled into the dark alley which my family and I call home and walked to the farthest pub down.

"Aye mate, I don't have all night, do you got the food?" Liam asked.

He was the guard, or watch for me and the crew. He never changed or turned into one of us but its nice to have a real bud.

"Oi! just get the boys out here, and help bring her in." I snap. I was very impatient when it came to food. "her?" He asked. "You've never brought a female home." I just ignored his comment and walked over to my truck.

"Oh look who decided to wake up?" I asked. Darcyia's muffled screams were music to my ears.

I picked her up and threw her over my shoulder. Yeah, the rumors are true. Vampires do have super strength.

I hated the word vampire. It seemed like the living just make up names for everything now. I like the undead. I mean, I'm dead but I'm not dead. it makes perfect sense.

I slammed Darcyia down on a wooden table in front of my boss, Harold.

He had pale skin, red eyes, the undead ladies adored him, and although he was turned at the age of 18, he was the oldest. He been around for Centuries.

"Well done newborn, now go fetch your brother and tell him dinner is ready." Harold said. I nodded and walked off.

I smiled a toothy smile at the girl but all I got in return was a muffled cry for help.

"Aww now that's not a way greet your dinner guests. "I said with fake sympathy. The girl just shook with fear.

I slowly stretched out my cold long fingers and ripped off the duct tape from her mouth. Just another scream.

"SHUT UP!" I yelled. I raised my arm and threatened to hit her. She quickly shut up.

"Now sweet heart, what's your name?"

"D-Darcyia" she said. "That's lovely" I smile at her. She just nodded.

Niall and Louis soon walked into the dining room.

"Great I'm starving" Louis said. Darcyia began to scream again.

"Oh shut up will you?!" I snapped. the girl quieted down but didn't fully shut up like I wished.

"Since this is Niall's catch, he get first serve" I said.

A look of relief took over Niall's face as he walked over to Darcyia.

"Don't worry love this will only hurt alot." He said before sinking his teeth into her leg.

We never bit the neck because our prey's screams give us more confidence and pride when we eat.

I heard Darcyia's breathing slow a bit and then I knew it was time for Niall and I to dig in.

Pain surged through me as The other two bit me.

There was no point in screaming anymore. No one could here me, and I was about to die.

My vision blurred and my body went numb.

The last two to bite me were the first ones to leave but the one who caught me, Niall I think, came up to me and smiled a bloody smile.

"Night night" he said.

"AHHHHH" I said breathing heavy.

I checked my surroundings to see that I was in my room.

Wait. It was just a dream?

"It felt so real." I whispered to myself.

I look over at my boyfriend Niall of 3 years.

"That's cuz it was darling." he said.

Then everything went black.
