Kiara's pov

Next day morning as usual I was up before Nick. I got out of my queen sized bed, and went straight into the shower, where I let the cold water run down my spine, while massaging my scalp.

I went through all the things I had to do today.
First I had an important meeting, then I had to sign some papers and go through the financial reports then I had to go to another meeting that was with the strategy department, after all of this I guess I get a break for about 10 mins after which I have a conference with Mr Parker from Spain in order to launch a new branch over there.

I let out a sigh, I knew I wouldn't have time for myself today as well.  Being a CEO was Great , after all this is the thing I ever wanted , but sometimes I wish I could be a normal girl who could go out with friends have fun go watch a movie, maybe visit a resort. "Anyway" ,  I shrugged all of those thoughts off and got out Of  the shower.

After getting ready I went down stairs to wake nick Up.

I got inside her room without knocking , well I knew for sure she was still sleeping and probably dreaming about Brandon again.

I entered and got to know that I was right this girl over here was still fast asleep, I kneeled down beside her and started shaking her

"Oh nick, get up we've got an important meeting to attend and plus I'm starving,nick get up, nick, Nicholett Hayes you better get up right now." But she did not even move, even after me shaking her for about 5 mins, after that I decided that I did not have a choice, I grabbed the jug that was full of water which was kept on her side table and with that I emptied the jug on her.

she got up fully soaked and then started shouting "oh God k, I was having such a good dream Brandon finally proposed me in front of the media and oh my God it was sooooooooooo romantic, why do you always have to come in between us, I hate you"

"I love you to Nick now get up, get ready and I want breakfast I'm starving."

Wit9h that I was out of her room, I went to the living room and flopped on the couch with the TV remote in my hand, I was flipping through the channels and after about an hour or so, she came out wearing a

Sleeve less white with orange dress.

"Finally." I groaned she went inside the kitchen and started cooking, after having a good breakfast nick and I headed towards are first and the most important meeting of the day, as we entered we found a lot of companies over there who were here for the contract as well.

But one specific company or the CEO of the company caught my attention, no no wasn't it the great Max Johnson, I poked nick in her ribs to get her attention, she was probably checking some guy out, she turned towards me and I pointed towards him "Mr.Johnson."

I really regreted doing that cause now she was busy drooling over him, anyway all of us went to the conference room and After all the companies were done with their presentation.
Then we were asked to wait. From looking at the crowd this project seemed like a big deal.

But I must say Mr Johnson's presentation was really good but I'm sure it won't beat us.   Nick and I have worked really hard for this deal and I want this deal at any cost.

The next thing was that we were called inside, my heart started beating faster you could say that thing  nervousness or anxiety anything of that sort, as we went inside nick gave me a comforting smile. 

Then I remembered Mr Rock the CEO of Rock and rickers, coming towards me and saying, " congratulations Miss Case I'm happy to be working with you" he handed me a file, which had the details and the contract I was sooo happy I wanted to just jump up and hug him but I controlled myself and said "thankyou Mr rock we won't disappoint you" and with that we were out of that room, I was really happy but I had to control my excitement, 

as we were about to leave the building Mr playboy came towards me with a face like he was going to kill someone, he came towards me and stopped right in front of me and said with full attitude "listen here Miss Case, I always get whatever I want, and that title of the best CEO is mine, so you better back off no one messes with me let alone a girl" my blood started boiling who the hell does he think he is, he cannot scare me if he wants the title so badly then I'll make sure he never gets it.

      " sweetheart until Now you've only encountered with kittenS  today you mess with a bitch" with that I was out of the building and straight inside my black Audi, I did not notice that nick was waiting for me in the passengers seat, I guess she knew my expression and kept quite we reached my office and I went straight up to my cabin which was on the 29 floor, I went and sat on my chair still fuming with rage,

I heard the door click open and found nick walking towards me with a dark chocolate bar in her hands she sat in front of me, and I did not even wait for her to offer that chocolate to me I snatched it out of her hands and started eating, Nick's waited for a few minutes and then said "spill" with that

I filled nick with everything that happened right now with Mr playboy, I knew she was angry as well, but surprisingly she said "k be careful I guess Max wants this title horribly I'm just worried he could even harm you" with that I let out an evil laugh and said " oh nick he wouldn't dare do anything like that and if he does you know me, he'll hurt me once and I'll kill him twice, I'm gonna make sure that title is mine" with that I got back to work he started the war and now I'll end it
