New Guy

[ Jazmine's P.O.V ]

Today , school wasn't so great either . Of course I saw them .. and it just made me feel 10 times worse . I was at my locker when I felt someone's eyes on me . This guy I had never seen in this school before was staring right at me . He had black hair and green eyes almost like mine . He looked to be about 6'0 . I blushed and looked away and he just smiled then left .

After English , I came to my locker and found a rose and a card taped to the door of my locker ... Hmm weird . I grabbed the two items and headed for Cindy's locker .

" Hey Jazzy . You feelin any better ? "

" Actually I kinda am ." I said looking at the card and rose , smiling . Cindy saw what I was looking at and her eyes popped open .

" Ayye , look at chu . " she said winking at me . I laughed . We started walking to the Cafeteria .

" Who's it from ?" she asked me .

" I don't know ." I said .

We got to our table and Caesar , Riley , Huey , and Imani where there . When we sat down Cindy started blushing like crazy when Riley looked at her and smiled . Something happened between those two ... I'll find it out later ..

Caesar noticed the card and rose in my hand .

" Woahh Jazzy got a secret admierer or what ? " causing everyone to turn to look at me .

" Who's it from ? " he asked .

" I don't know ." i said " It was taped to my locker . "

Huey was staring at the items , angry . He actually looked furious . Good , now he's starting to notice me ... Jerk .

The same kid I saw in the hallway passed by our table and when he did he turned to look at me and smiled then winked . I blushed . Huey saw this and immediatley glared at the guy . Cindy saw me blushing .

" Watchu blushin' bout girl ? " she nugged me . " Was it that guy that just passed by ? "

I looked at her and nodded then smiled .

" I think I know who left these at my locker ."

Cindy seemed to get the hint and told me .

" Well go talk to him !"

" Should I ?"

" Hell Yeah Jazz ! C'mon you need a man in yo life " Caesar said making me laugh . I stood up and was about to start walking when Huey's voice stopped me .

" Jazmine "

I turned around .

" What ? " I answered irritated .

" I-I ," He sighed "Nevermind ."

I gave him an Angry/Confused look then kept on walking to where the new cute guy was sitting at .

You know , maybe its time for me to move on from Huey and look for someone else . Im tired of waiting for him to actually notice me let alone like me .

Time for me to move on ...
