WHAT IS THE CONCEPT OF BEAUTY?

What is ugly?

Nobody.
I do agree that there will be certain people who do not rock my boat but that does not mean that they are ugly. For example, you may not like a certain food due to it not being your taste, which is sometimes like people. They are just beauty you do not understand and that is fine.
Calling someone ugly can tear their confidence down so why would you do it?
We are put on this earth to share positivity as we are put on the earth together not alone. So why do we act like we are alone?
Why do others call people ugly?
Are they insure?
Taking someone's confidence does not add to yours. You must seek to build your confidence instead of trying to pull others down.
Are they selfish and do not take consideration for other people's feelings?
Karma will enter their life negatively. Peoples feelings matter. We have all been through times of happiness and moments of sadness. We can all relate. So why don't people do what they know will make others feel good? That's how we would want to feel.
Are they jealous of their life?
Do not compare your life with others because it is impossible to be fully aware of what is happening in their life. Everyone has flaws.
I dare you to think of one person, who has called someone ugly and I bet these are one their underlying reasons.
