Chapter 4

Juliana's POV

As I was taking off my bikini, I literally saw a giant spider walking on the floor.

I'm terrified of spiders. So I started to scream!

-HEY, SOMEBODY HELP ME!

I was actually topless, but I don't care right now, I want this spider out of my sight.

-W-What's wrong?-Valentina suddenly burst into the room. She looked at my boobs, my eyes, then my boobs, again.

-There's a spider right there!- I said terrified, pointing to the spider.

-There,done!- She said while she threw her flip flop on the spider. Wow.

-I thought something serious happened to you! I got scared Juls.- She said giggling.

Is it weird that I'm standing here without a bra?

-Anyways, gotta go, I stills didn't get the water.- She said nervously.

Why was she nervous tho?

-Thanks Val.- I said awkwardly.

This whole situation was really awkward.

She gave a final look at my boobs and left smiling.

Did she like them? Omg what am I thinking!

I got fully dressed, ugh can't wait to take a shower when I get back home.

Valentina came with the water and handed one of the cups to me.

-Thank you.- I said smiling.

I sat on her bed while drinking the water then she came and sat next to me.

-Juliana, I'm really glad that I've found a friend like you. I really like you.

-Really? Aww, I really like you too Valentina.

She took the cup from my hand and put it on the floor. Then she held my two hands.

-Promise that you'll come here more often and you'll never leave me.- she said the last part giggling.

-I'll never leave you and in fact,we can go out tomorrow,what do you think? B-but of course if you're not going out with your boyfriend.

-I'm sure Lucho doesn't mind...Oh wait, wait! There's a party here at my house tomorrow! It's one of my friends' birthday, you can come if you want to!- She was still holding my hand.

I'm feeling warm inside. I like this feeling.

-Okay Val, I think I can come... What gift should I get her?

-It's a him actually.- She said laughing. Which made me laugh.

-Nothing, really. Just bring yourself and we'll have fun.- She winked at me.

-Oookay then.- I said standing up, which made our hands to break the contact.

I don't know why but I would love to hold her hands for a longer time.

-I'll pick you up at 7, is that good?

-Yeah,it's great!

-Wait, I'll give you my number.- She said taking my phone and writing her phone number.

-Text me so I can save your number.- I said

-Oh and sorry for that boob situation earlier.- I said laughing.

-It's nothing really... Do you want me to be honest with you?- She asked shyly.

-Yes, tell me, what's up?- I said smiling curiously.

-I really liked them.- She said closing her mouth.

-Oh wow.- I said looking at the floor. I can feel my cheeks burning.

-Sorry if I'm making this awkward for you.- She said breaking the silence.

-N-No, it's nothing.-I said still blushing.

-Anyways , Alirio is waiting for you outside. Tell him your address and you'll get there safely.

-Okay great.

We went downstairs and now we were just standing in front of the front gate.

-I haven't been this happy for a long time and thank you again Juls.- She said hugging me.

-No, thank YOU for bringing me to your beautiful house, I had a great time.

She kissed my cheek when she broke the hug, then I turned around to see Alirio already had opened the door for me to get inside the car. That's my cue to leave, I guess.

-Bye Val- I said getting inside the car.

-Bye Juls.- Her voice faded away as Alirio closed the door behind me.

I waved goodbye like a child as soon as the car started moving, she waved me back until Alirio drove out of sight .

Which left me with my thoughts.

I've never been this happy spending time with someone. Why does she make me feel this warm and good inside?

I seriously can't wait to see her tomorrow.

I was suddenly brought back to reality when I noticed Alirio has opened the door for me.

Ahh back to reality.

-Thank you so much Alirio!- I said giving him a warm smile.

-My please lovely lady.- He said closing the door behind me.

I took my keys from my pocket and got inside the house.

Our house was really small, with a friendly atmosphere, but I really don't mind since only my mom and I live alone here.
We can't afford a bigger house, we hardly can afford this one. That's why I've been working really hard.

As I got in, I found my mom sleeping on the couch, in front of our small TV in the living room.

Thanks God, or she was going to ask tons of questions. She'll ask tomorrow morning tho.

I tiptoed all the way to my room, which was also my mother's room, but I'll be sleeping alone tonight since she was sleeping on the couch and I really don't want to wake her up.

I took a hot shower and changed into my pjs.

As soon as I got into bed, I heard a beep on my phone.

I smiled when I saw a text from an unknown number ,but I perfectly knew that it was from Valentina...
