{NADIA'S POV}
"What're you doing here? I thought you went back to Castillia Town!" She yells, shoving through the stunned crowd.

"Well yeah. To get my dagger." I show her it, safely in its sheath, right by my keys.

"WHAT?!" The entire guild shouts.

"Akuhei Tanaka broke my spare. Besides, this old thing's been through a lot. I stuck it through my thigh, my shoulder, my foot. Don't know how I managed that one. Yup, this dagger has been through a lot, and that's not even counting what I wanted it to go through."

Everyone stares at me like I'm crazy. A few bite back laughs. A fiery aura surrounds Nashi. "So... you intended to come back."

I nod. The flames grown stronger around Nashi. She looks up, and there's a glint in her eye. I back away cautiously. I know that look.

Sure enough, Nashi pounces on me and starts tickling, bringing me to tears from laughing.

"Nashiiiii, ha ha, st—ah, ah ha ha!" I squeal. She keeps up her assault.

"Group hug!" I hear Luna yell, then my littlest sister lands on top of me with a massive 'thwump', blasting the air from my lungs.

Even Layla and Luke join the fun, jumping on top of us, being careful not to hurt Luna.

"What happened?" Someone shouts. The entire guild huddles closer to hear my story.

I begin to describe what happened.

*on the train*
"Ya know, you're really leading them on. It sounded like your leaving for good." Cindy says, causing me to turn. I was watching where I'd last seen Nashi and Layla, out the window for the past hour.

"Why?" I tilt my head. "I told Nashi I had something I gotta do. Get my dagger."

Rio elbows me. "But to her, it probably sounded like a goodbye. Like, forever."

"Really?" I think back. She's right. I never told Nashi or Layla I was coming back. I chew my fingernails nervously. "Oopsies?"

"Geez Nadia!" Anya laughs. "You're such a klutz with words sometimes too!"

"Am not!" I shout, standing violently.

The person walking by our seat jumps in surprise and stumbles, then turns and gives me a dirty look before walking away.

I sit again, scratching the back of my head sheepishly. "You may have a point."

Once we get back to Castillia Town, the entire population of 276 people is at the station. After I retrieve my dagger, they throw a huge leaving party for me as Cindy, Rio, Anya, and I board the train right back to Magnolia.
*flashback ends*

"We're glad you're back Nadia." Gramps says from the bar, grinning and points his index finger and thumb straight up, the Fairy Tail sign.

I return the symbol, although I'm still crushed under my siblings. All of my family and friends gather around me in a hug.

Then someone steps on someone else's toe, there's a lot of yelling, a fight breaks out, and within seconds the guild hall dissolves into chaos.

I beam. It's good to be back.
