A/N: Okay, so before I start this chapter I just wanted to say that I am so so so sorry that this took me nearly a month to update, I knew exactly what I wanted to do for the last actual chapter, but after that, I had absolutely no clue what I wanted to do. I have honestly had massive writers block on all of my stories and I have also been really busy, so I haven't had a chance to update. Again, I am so sorry, I hope you understand.

When I have finally finished telling Dani everything that happened she looks at me with wide eyes.

"I can't believe that he said that to you! Especially after one and a half years, and after what he did to you!" She says and I sigh, with a nod. 

"I mean, even if I did still like him then no way would I do anything about it. He put me through hell. Heck, it took me nearly a year to get over him and everything that he did!" I say and Dani nods. We sit in silence on the way home, which just makes everything that happened come flooding back to me.

Flashback

"Lexi, can you come to mine in a bit, I need to talk to you" Jake says to me, through the phone.

Me and Jake have been dating for half a year now and honestly, it had been the best half of a year of my life. I know that sounds strange, but it is true.

When he first asked me out I was shocked, to say the least, he was the typical popular 'jock' and I am not going to say that I was a nerd, or a loner or anything like that, that would just be too cliche, but I also wasn't popular, a lot of people knew who I was, I was friends with most people, but I have never fit into that 'popular' cliche.

Ever since we have been dating that has changed though, literally everyone knows my name and everyone's knows exactly who I am. Jakes girlfriend. At first I didn't actually think that it would last for long, but now I actually think I am in love with him.

"Yeah, of course, when is you want me to come round?"  I ask and he thinks for a second, before responding.

"Twenty minutes?" He says as more of a question.

"Yeah, sure, I will be there!" I say and he just hangs up.

Twenty minutes later I am pulling up at his house, and ringing his doorbell. After a few seconds he answers the door and gestures for me to go inside.

"Are you okay?" I ask, genuinely concerned. He never just ignores me when I come round to his.

"Um, yeah, can we talk?" He says and I nod, gesturing for him to go on. "We need to break up" He says my face drops.

"Wait what? Why?" I ask, tears are threatening to fall from my eyes, but I don't let them.

He stares at me for a second, before laughing. "Oh come on, you didn't seriously think that I liked you, did you? I was only with you because I got dared to ask you out, then some of my mates said that they would give me $100 each if I went out with you half a year." He says and I start to hear more laughing from around me, I look up to see most of Jakes friends stood around us, laughing.

"That reminds me actually, I need that $100 from all of you!" Jake says and they all sigh, before each giving him the money. After the first theee people have given him the money, I can't take you anymore, so I turn around and run out of the house, as I finally let the tears fall from my eyes, like waterfalls.
