Emma's POV

I hear Regina's car pull up and I'm so terrified. I mean my mom can't hate me right? Let's hope not. She can't send me away so that's a plus. And she loves me too much right? I'm over thinking. Regina going to be on edge all night so I need to calm down for her. There's a knock on the door and my parents are setting the table. I open it and she looks gorgeous as always.

"Damn baby. Let me see your stomach." She opens her blazer and I smile. I rub my hand over feeling our baby kick. We will know the gender tomorrow. If all is well let's hope we are in a good mood.

"I'm so scared Emma." I can hear the fear in her voice and I hate it.

"Shhh baby. Act normal." I smile and let her in.

"Nice to see you again Regina. How have you been?"

"I've been fine how's it being a defense instructor?"

"Oh don't bore her with that mess.
Hi Regina." David says and hugs her.
Her ass sticks out and it's takes every man urge in my body not to fuck her right here. Damnit! God my baby mama is fucking sexy. I take in a deep breath and we go into the dining room. Mom walks in with the plates and I pull Regina's chair out without even thinking.

"Thank you Emma."

"You're very welcome." She gives me a small smile which I return because I'm polite. And I'm so very in love with her. We eat and I mostly try to stay silent. Don't want to just blurt it out right now.

"Mom, Dad I have something I want to tell you." I blurt without thinking and Regina glares at me. I have to. Sorry baby. I love you.

"Okay honey. What's going on?"

"I uh have a girlfriend well she's more than that. She's more than just a girlfriend. So much more. I'm in love with her. She's nice and sweet. She's funny even though she seems kind of stuck up and rude. She's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. She's incredibly smart. She's so lovely. And I've kept it a secret for far too long." I say standing up nervously.

"Well who is this mystery woman?"

"It's- It's me." Regina says standing up. She looks at me and smiles nervously. She grabs my hand and I intertwine our fingers squeezing her hand.

"Is this some kind of joke?" Mom asks.

"I knew it!" Dad says and mom glares at him.

"Neal want to go play dinosaur?" He asks and they go upstairs.

"Mary-"

"Shut up. Both of you don't even say a damn word." We stay quiet.

"Emma what did I tell you?"

"That I am not allowed to date your best friend."

"How long? How-How l-long have my daughter and best friend been lying to me?!"

"It's been 12 months." Regina says her voice shaking with fear. My poor baby.

"A year? A year!" She yells and Regina just looks down crying.

"Baby please don't cry." I say and she shakes her head.

"Baby?! Oh- Oh my god! I'm going crazy. This can't be real."

"Mary I'm sorry. We were-"

"No you're not. You've been lying to my face! For a year! You're in love with my daughter?!"

"I'm sorry for lying but it's the only way we could be together. We-"

"I can't believe you two."
