24 Hours to love

A new meeting

I could hear my little sister going around the house singing. She always sings when she is excited. I understand she is excited, I am too in a weird way. The only thing I don't understand is the fact that my uncle would like to get married to a woman he never has met and doesn't love. How can you spent the rest of your life with someone you don't love. 

I actually don't know how he found her and what her name is. He told me that she was beautiful and she looked kind and sweet. I think he knows that a normal woman would not marry a man they never have met. I think that the woman is doing it for the money my uncle has, but if he is happy with it, it is his life. I just don't understand it, I would NEVER do that. I believe that you should get married to someone you love. 

I went downstairs to the kitchen to grab some food and then I went to my room again. I am eating my food in my bed while I watch tv. Suddenly my little sister comes in.

"Are you not excited for today?" 

"um-"

"Like to see who our new aunt is going to be or how she is?"

"..-"

"I am going to give her a big hug when we arrive"

"okay"

"Do you think she wants to play with me?"   

"And good morning to you too, aha" 

"Uh, good morning"

"SOPHIE AND THEO, ARE YOU READY? WE HAVE TO LEAVE IN 10 MIN!!"

She runs out of my room. She talks a lot when she is excited but she is the only person in this family I understand. She is the best little sister you could ever dream of. 

I found some formally/casual clothes and went downstairs and took off. The traffic was wild and of course, was we late as always. 

When we arrived my little sister jumped out of the car and runs over to the door and rings the doorbell. Then she opens the door and we all went inside. They all sat on the sofa and talked. My uncle, Two women, a man and a boy. My little sister runs over to one of the women and gives her a hug. I guess that it was her my uncle is going to marry. She was very young, like my age. I don't understand why she would marry my uncle when she is so young. I guess that she never have lived like for real because I haven't. 

I went around and introduced myself. Last I introduced myself to the young woman. I took my hand forward and shook her hand.  

I want to be casual. 

"Theo Adams. And you are?" 

"Ava...Ava Miller. Nice to meet you, Theo"

I could hear that she was nervous.

I look up and I catch her eyes. It was like I was enchanted and I couldn't take my eyes away again. Then she looks away and we both go over to the others. 

I could still feel the feeling I had when I looked in her eyes. It made happy at some point. Enchanted...
