Chapter 3

Y/n

He sat in front of me. He looked down for a moment pouring himself a drink and bringing the alcohol to his lips. The burning sensation pouring down he's throat, creating a warm feeling deep inside his stomach. He looked up for a second with a smirk on his face as I froze there looking like an idiot.  Not knowing what to do I took the glass of wine and drunk it all from nervousness, I felt my throat burning but it was fine since I cooled down the awkward moment.

We finished eating and my father made a sign to me to go out of the room. it's probably because of he's work,  I mean after all they all were gangsters,  I was the outcast there so I needed to go.

y/n : May I know where the restroom is?

mrs jeon: oh well sure. *calling one of the maid * lead miss Lee to the restroom.

The maid showed me the way and went off so I decide to explore the house since it was so beautiful.

Mrs Lee : I need to tell you about something my friend. Well as you know Choi Min Jun wants to take a revenge from me since I killed his son. And he became stronger with more than a thousand in his gang,  also he started menacing my family specially my daughter since he knows that she's the weakest and that she can't fight. To be honest with you, I'm scared,  I don't want to loose another member of my family. After my wife's death I couldn't help but feel guilty and now if I lost my daughter too then I won't forgive myself. During the week he exploded the van that y/n was about to get in to. He also shoot her but fortunately the bullet went to her bodyguard. They are for sure stalking her moves after all she's the target.

Mrs jeon : Why didn't you tell me this before?  We are friends you should have told me . I will help you don't worry and whatever you need just call me.
And at the same time we will try to figure out a plan to stop him.

A/n POV

jungkook heard everything. He thought that it was such a pity to help y/n since she is weak although being the daughter of one of the biggest mafia bosses. He just listened with an ironic look on his face.

In the other side of the room,  y/n was listening. She heard every single thing. She got curious to know what was the discussion all about and why her father didn't want her to hear so she just hid behind the door and listened  carefully. A tear rolled down her cheek knowing that she was the target. She couldn't take it anymore.

Y/n POV

I couldn't take it anymore so I just stepped in.

y/n: F-father... *You said tears falling down non stop*

father: Y/n?! what are you-...

I didn't want to hear anything else so I just run away as my vision was getting blurry from tears

mrs lee: sh*t...

Mrs jeon: It's okay....  jungkook go catch her up.

Jungkook POV

Why am I the one who should go, I mean she does have a brother, aghh this girl is already making me angry how can she be this sensitive?
I stood up lazily as I went to search for her.  I mean with the brain she has, she probably didn't step out from the house.  So I searched the whole house and asked the maids if they've seen her. Apparently she went outside.  I started getting worried a bit.  If I don't find this b*tch I will probably get scolded for it. I searched in the garden but no signs of her. Where in the world did she go? Why is she this dramatic? I mean it's not the end of the world. I searched for her in the dark street. The moon was the only thing that lighting up the way. Suddenly, I heard a groan and sobbing  coming from the end of the street. I run to the direction and hide there as I saw y/n surrounded by two men.

Man 1: Well,  well, well, it seems that it's our lucky day huh. How come such a beautiful lady pass by at this time. Isn't it a bit late sweetheart? * he said as he was caressing her right cheek while she was crying and trembling from fear. *

Men 2: Look at this dress,  she seems to be an expensive girl *he said while laughing *

Men 1: I guess we will have fun tonight.

jungkook: Well I don't think so, I'm the one who will have fun.

I pointed my gun on the two men and as soon as they saw it they realised her. 

Y/n POV

jungkook showed up out of nowhere and pointed a gun on the two men. I was terrified my legs were shaking. The man released his grip on me and pushed me to jungkook's direction. I run toward him as I heard two gun shots. He killed them. I looked behind me seeing the two dead bodies laying on the ground then I looked back to see jungkook smirking. Suddenly, his smirking face faded into a serious one. He grabbed my wrist and pulled me to him.

Jungkook: YOU WANT TO DIE!? *I flinched * You are making way too  much troubles. What if I didn't find you huh? You would have been dead already and I'll just have to face my father's anger because of your stupidity.

He's words hurted you. You knew that he was right, but he didn't have to yell at you and hurt you like that.

jungkook : *gabs your wrist * we're not staying here for the whole night hurry the f*ck up. And don't you say anything about what just happened  OK. If they ask you where were you you'll tell them that you just went to the garden for some fresh air.

You nodded as you silently followed him to the way back to his house.
