Chapter 4

Y/n

I followed jungkook to the way back to his house. There my father brother and Mrs jeon were waiting for me.

father: Where were you... *approaches you but you stepped back * I was so worried about you.

y/n: I-I'm fine... *You made eye contact with jungkook * I just went out a bit for some fresh air... I-I want to go back home.

father: O-oh well sure. *to Mrs jeon * thanks for having us today and I'm deeply sorry for what happened.

Mrs jeon: well I'm the one who should be thankful that you came and please don't be sorry.

And just like this you left as many questions were lingering in your head. Who is this Choi Min Jun? and why did my father kill his son? And why was he feeling guilty about mom's death? was it involved in his work? I got tired from thinking about all these questions so as soon as I arrived home I went directly to my bedroom and slept.

Two weeks past by, everything went calm. I mean obviously it went calm since I didn't step out from the house all this time from fear. My father became less cold to me and treated me like a princess. I'm not sure why, but probably because now that I know the truth I might do a wrong move. In the other side, I couldn't stop thinking about jungkook. I wanted to meet him again, I thought that maybe I was crazy. After all he was rude to me. But he also saved me. It was a strange feeling that I can't describe. He just give me the feeling of someone you want to hate so bad but you can't.

It was night, I was just chilling in my room when I heard cars stop by in front of the house and a door exploding. I run to my balcony to see what was happening, and here i froze when I saw bunch of men holding guns and shooting whatever was moving. It's him, I thought. That was definitely Choi Min Jun's gang. He's here to end our lives. I just stand there looking at men fighting, gunshots was heard everywhere, people falling. Everything was a mess. By time more cars arrived and it was my father's gang this time. Suddenly someone came to my room and pulled me to him.

Brother: You want to die?*he said while you just looked at him emotionless* Listen up, we probably won't make it they are more then us so they will probably break in in any moment so we need to hurry the f*ck up and escape from the backyard.

We went downstairs to meet my father and he was on his phone talking with someone.

father : *on the phone* Mrs jeon I need help. We are attacked by Choi Min Jun's gang, we don't have much time before they break in send reinforces.

He then hang up the phone and gave each one of us guns. That was my first time holding a gun. How am I suppose to fight. I felt useless, I just followed them to a hidden room and we stayed there waiting for my father's signal.

Few minutes later the Choi's gang broke into the house as expected. They broke everything in their way. They were searching for us. I couldn't breath properly as my adrenalin was reaching its high. That's it, we all are going to die. My father gave us the sign to follow him so we did. We smoothly were escaping from the house since my father knew all the secret passages. But as soon as we were close to the door that leaded to the backyard, we were faced by a lot of gangsters. The situation was terrible. They caught each one of us as they were torturing my brother and father in front of my eyes. I couldn't look anymore, so I just closed my eyes crying while hearing my brother's groans. Suddenly I heard gunshots so I decided to open my eyes and here I was shocked to see jungkook in front of me.

Him and his gang were pointing their guns on the other gang. The situation was getting tense. His gang were only half of Choi's gang. He shot the two men that were holding my father and brother and he quickly handed them guns each one as they took opportunity of it to help him kill the enemies. He also realized me by killing the man who was holding me. But behind jungkook was another gangster and as soon as I wanted to warn him. A sniper man killed him

jungkook: Nice shot jimin.

jimin: Anytime bro, I like accompanying you it's always fun*he smirked*

As they were talking we heard two gunshots from the other room. My heart stopped, my family was there. Did something happened? I didn't think about anything and I rushed to that room followed by jungkook yelling.

jungkook : Sh*ttt... Y/n don't.

He run behind me. As soon as I stepped in, I saw my father and bro laying on the ground while two men holding guns into their direction. when they saw me stepping in, they pointed their guns to my direction, but luckily jungkook was faster and shot both of them. I didn't care much, I just run toward my family and literally cried my heart out. My father was still conscious while my bro didn't show any sign of life. Jungkook approached my father.

father: *inhale* p-please... t-take... care of... My d-daughter*loose grip on him as he exhales for the last time before closing his eyes*

y/n: NOOOOO..... *cries* please don't die... *sobs* don't leave me alone. Open your eyes... *You crawled to your bro * you too open you eyes and look at me you coward.. *sobs* don't you dare leave me.

jungkook : We need to go they are already dead and if we stay here we all going to die.

Y/n: *crying * Leave me alone I don't want to go.. *sobs*

jungkook pulled you up as you were fighting to go back to the dead bodies of your family.

jungkook: *on the phone * yes father we arrived. Unfortunately we couldn't save Mrs Lee and his son..... I'm sorry, yeah y/n is with me. She's the only survivor.

As he was talking to his father I took the opportunity to escape from him and go back to my family, but I stopped right way when I felt a sharp pain in my waist area. I got shot. I kneeled down as my legs felt weak and layed on the cold floor. My vision was getting blurry and my ear was over hearing that gun shot. I tried to keep my eyes open as best as I can. I was scared to close them and never see the light after that.

jungkook POV

As I was talking to my father, y/n escaped from me. As she run away toward her family I spotted a sniper man ready to shoot her. I was about to kill him but it was too late he shot her. I quickly killed him as I rushed to her.

jungkook : *holding your face* Sh*tt... y/n *shaking you*... open your eyes.
