17 Years Ago
(Y/n)'s POV
"Jellal!" I shout running down the hill. Me and Jellal have been Bestfriends ever since we were small. We're both 7 years old now. "Wait up!" I say catching up to him. "Oh hey (Y/n)!" He says cheerfully. My small soft cheeks turn pink.

"Do you want to play ball with me?" He asked with a smile on his small face. "O-of course!" I say. We played until the sun went down. Me and Jellal had no one else but each other. So we became friends. As time went on, we became Bestfriends. And here we are now. Me and Jellal went to our separate houses. Little did I know, that would be the last time I saw him for a long time.

The next day. Our whole village was almost gone. Most adults were killed. And some strangers took only the children. During that night. Me and my family hid in the basement. We heard that there was kidnappers. So We locked everything up good so we had nothing to worry about. The basement was underground so they couldn't find us. But unfortunately...

They Took Jellal Away.

19 Years Later
Present
(Y/n)'s POV
It's been 19 years now. And one of his childhood friends, Erza said that he was being controlled and was forced to do evil things before but now he's doing just fine. I hope I find him one day. The day we be reunited will be the happiest day of my life. I put some clothes on and head to my guild, FairyTail.

Time Skip~
Finally after a lot of walking, I get there. I walk in greeted with a flying chair towards my face. "Sorry about that (Y/n)!" Says Nastu. "It's ok. I'm use to this anyway." I say sitting at my usual table with the girls. "Hey (Y/n)!" Says Lucy with the rest of the girls saying hi to me as well. "Hey Lucy. Hey guys." I say. Then we talked about some stuff. And we got to this point where we talked about Valentine's Day. Which was the next day.

"So (Y/n), who are you gonna ask out for Valentine's Day?" They asked in curiosity. "Don't get me started. I don't even have a crush on anyone in this guild." I say. "So you have a crush on someone outside the guild?" Levy asked. I spit out my soda. "N-no!" I say. "Yeah. Surreee..." Lucy said teasingly. I decided to let it slide. Once the day was over. I went home, took a shower, and went to sleep.

Next Day~
The morning bright light hit my face as I woke up. I washed up and got ready to head to the guild. As I was about to leave, I hear the doorbell ring. And I open it. And I couldn't believe my eyes.

J-Jellal?

I say out of disbelief. He stood there with the same blue hair and the same tattoo near his eye. With flowers in his hands. "It's been a long time (Y/n)." He said as he smiled. I didn't hesitate to hug him hard. "Stupid. I missed you." I said while I hugged him. "Me too." He said. "I want to take you out. Remember when I pretended to propose to you when we were little? I want to see if you feel the same way... towards me." He said.

I almost exploded with how much I was blushing. He was as much as I was. I nodded and went off with him. First we went to a restaurant and then we went to a bunch of different shops. And now it's nighttime. We were roaming the streets and walking under the stars. It's was a awkward walk. We had conversations here and there but overall, it's was an awkward walk. We were walking and he walked over to a tree not to far. "Is something wrong?" I asked. He turned around so that I faced his face.

"Listen (Y/n). I liked you but..." before he could finish, I interrupted him because I felt heartbroken. "But I guess you don't like me back huh? Fine with me!" I ran away. "(Y/n) Wait!" I ran back home.

Next Day~
I got ready to go to FairyTail. I walked out the door and I tried to enjoy the day. But I couldn't forget about yesterday. Maybe I should of let him finish his sentence... Wait no! He rejected me! I thought.

I was walking home until I was Jellal walk in front of me. I walked around him but he pinned me to the wall. "What are you doing? Stop!" I said. "Last night I was going to say I love you!" He blurted out. Wide eyed I blushed. "Oh... I should of let you finish. I'm sorry..." I say. "It's ok." He said. Then an awkward silence. "So... w-will you go out with me?" He asked blushing redder than Erza's hair. "Is that even a question? Yes!"
