Izuku was strolling down the street when he heard a scream, a siren, and an explosion. It was the sludge monster, the one Izuku could not get out of until All Might saved him. He had asked a few thousand questions but left after what happened....

"Can I become a hero just like you, even if I'm quirkless???"

Izuku's heart was ripped to shreds.
Then All Might was walking down the stairs.
"NO!!! I WILL BECOME A HERO, YOU HEAR THAT ALL MIGHT! I WILL BECOME A HERO FOR her." " AND MY MOM AND FATHER. I WILL MAKE THEM PROUD!!" Izuku screamed at the top of his lungs sobbing. "I must fufill the promise..."
All Might walked away.

Izuku ran towards the sludge monster. The pros were there but they were doing nothing. "What are you waiting for!?" He screamed. "Someone suitable for the job! Now back away!" "damnit" Izuku cursed under his breath. Then his legs started moving on their own. "Tip 1! Always make your opponent distracted!" He started trying to release whoever was inside. "Kacchan?!?!" Izuku asked in shock. "GGETT AEWWAYY FROEMM MEEA I CWAN HANDWL DISZ MYZLEFG" he couldn't talk with the sludge in his mouth.
Seconds passed. It felt like hours. "Whelp sorry kid but you're gonna die now!"
"Nooooooo!!!"

"All might..." Izuku said with bitterness.

"Wait up kid!" All Might was yelling from down the road. "What do you want?!" "how would you like to be reborn, but this time with a quirk?" Izuku glared at him. "No." All Might was shocked to hear this. "Well too bad, because I already gave the quirk to you. "Goddamnit All Might!" Izuku started sprinting home. "Meet at Dragoon Muninsible Beach (That is not the accurate name.) at 10:00 am tomorrow!" All Might knew he would come....
