"Where are we?" Fallon asked Tammerin. Pushing past the many branches that blocked his view of his king.

"I do believe we are near the border of the elven realm. If not I must be going crazy." He said as he pushed past another bush." We need to tread carefully though. The terrain isn't the only thing that can kill us out here." He growled under his breath.

Fallon kept quiet for a moment. Pausing his track with Tammerin before a fearful shiver ran down his spine." What do you mean? What else can be out here that can kill us?" His voice was shaky and almost scared from the thought that slowly ravaged his mind. Tightly gripping the hilt of his sword becoming more self and consciously aware of his surroundings. Unsure of what or who was out there that was possibly more dangerous than a bare. Even the elements itself.

"Monsters rule this forest. You won't see more monsters in the same place but around here. Stories say that a dragon still lives in these forests." He sneered, lips spreading wide as he pulled Fallon close to him from a bush that he was next to. Peeking over to spot the Faunis. Two in total just enough power to move faster than a horse and carry five people on their backs if they wanted to." See. The perfect steed." He pointed at them as they ate the leaves that had fallen from the trees around them. Upon their necks and legs scars from chains. Upon one of them the chain on its neck and arm still remained. Whenever it tried to swallow its food it spat it out. The collar being too tight to allow it to eat." That damn bastard! He's using them!" He yelled. Stepping out as the beasts turned their heads in his direction.

"Tammerin what are you doing!?" Fallon yelled to him. Trying to pull him back with whatever strength he could muster up. Yet his arm didn't budge. Only letting go to watch him as he approached the one with the chains upon its body. It's eyeless gaze seemed calm enough as a loud vibrating noise came from it. Sniffing him for his sent as it weakly took a step towards Tammerin.

"I'll get those off of you.." He sighed. Reaching his hand out to it as its head hovered over his hand before pushing straight into it. Indicating a sign of trust with him. Rubbing its head gently before looking to the chains. Taking the nail that locked the vile thing to the peaceful creature as it fell to the ground with a loud thud, knocking dust and dirt up with it. Amongst doing the same with the one on its leg he couldn't help but laugh at the fact that his right hand had such a fear of the beasts. Completely harmless they were. Peaceful as they could get. The other approaching him as he stepped back in fear." Come now Fallon! It wouldn't hurt a fly let alone you." He said as he climbed on the back of the beast. Holding onto its horns for it had no saddle.

"A-are you certain my lord? It's looking at me like it wants to eat me.." He coward as the same noise from the others back began to sound off of the Faunis in front of him.

"Would I lie to you Fallon?" He asked as he pulled the Faunis he was riding up closer to him.

Yet Fallon looked to him with utter suspicion before nodding." Yes! I do believe you would!" He yelled at him. Tammerin's expression growing colder each time he squealed from the Faunis' approach." I do believe my lord I'll do fine walking." He stated as he looked to his lord and back to the Faunis.
