Hermione and Ian, Harry's older brother, had a massive fight that took place in the middle of the common room. They had been argueing for days but today was the last time Ian decided to let her assumptions go ignored because one of the many topics she dragged in was his best friend, Diana Riddle. Ian wasn't listening to her normally but today his temper broke when Hermione picked up a phrase that hurt him on the inside and that was to call Diana a "hold hearted snake who couldn't love like her father" in the end of which Ian had enough.
But sadly their arguement went down hill when Hermione not only said curse words about Diana that hurt him internally but also hurt him physically when she slapped him across the face with her hand before the whole common room
Gasps can be heard from all around them.
Ian: that's it, i've had it! Diana was right, you really are an ungrateful little mudblood. *says angry and pissed beyond belief*
Hermione: *gasps as tears well up in her eyes* How dare you...why don't you just date her already! *yells the last part without really thinking about it*
Ian only smirks at this as a reaction.
That's when Harry and Ron come back from the Great Hall with Hermione's sister Jolien
Harry and Ron look a little confused between Ian and Hermione, Jolien on the other hand can put the pieces together rather quickly.
Harry: hey, what's going on? *asks as him and Ron join Hermione's side while Jolien joins Ian's*
Ian tho doesn't say anything and just leaves the room.
It wasn't long till he got to the Slytherin common room where he met Draco who was smoking in the hallway as his eye widen when he sees the hand print on Ian's cheek
Draco: everything okay Ian?
Ian: fine, just had a fight with a mudblood.
Draco: What?! *surprised* did she slap you?
Ian: you could say that. *shrugs not really caring*
Draco: *scoffs* i had no idea she could slap that hard. *motions to the mark on his cheek*
Suddenly Diana and Pansy could be heard laughing in the common room, probably at a prank Blaise pulled on Crabbe and Goyle
Draco: looks like they having fun without us...*says as he finishes his cigarette* how about we join them?
Ian: sounds like a plan.
Draco: *chuckles as they both walk inside* hey guys look who finally came.
Diana looks at them giggling before her eyes widen an she jumps out of her seat and sprints to Ian as she takes her cheeks inher hands
Diana: For Merlin's sake, what happened?
Draco sends Ian a look that says "have fun explaining" after witch he takes a seat.
Ian: i got into a fight with Jolien's sister it got pretty intense and she slapped me. *shrugs like he doesn't care*
Diana: She did WHAT? *says as she growls in anger before pulling him in a hug and tears well up on her eyes* I'm going to hex her into oblivion
Ian: *takes Diana into his arms* easy, i'm fine Diana. *smiles a little kissing her cheek* she wont bother me or us ever again. *tightens his grip on her*
Diana: I sure hope so *says as she pulls away and takes both of his hands in her own before starting to lead him to her own dorm*
Ian keeps smiling and fallows her like a lost puppy
*SKIP TIME*
The next day the trio was eating lunch when Ian entered laughing with Blaise and Draco while Diana was on Ian's arm and Pansy was on Draco's as they all walked to the Slytherin table
the trio's eyes widen upon seeing that as stop eating and watch Ian.
Harry: what is he doing with them?!
Ron: *nods* i cant believe him, first he breaks Hermione's heart and now he's friends with malfoy and his gang?
Hermione remains quit and cant help but narrow her eyes and glare at Diana thinking that her losing Ian has everything to do with her.
Blaise and Pansy then sit opposite of Ian, Diana and Draco, knowing how much they were enjoying their time tgether so far
Hermione: *thinks with her eyes still narrowed* who does she think she is?! hanging on him like that?! what is she a slut. *smiles a little at the last thought*
Baise: *sees the trio looking in their direction* guys don't look now but Ian's brother and his friends are looking our way.
Draco: let them, not that we care anyway.
Diana: Yeah *says before she uses her hand to turn Ian's face to herself and presses her lips to his*
Ian smiles and kisses her back right away wrapping both his arms around Diana holding her close and tight.
Seeing this Hermione's eyes widen and tears well up in her eyes, she hasn't bin able to get over her break up with Ian but seeing that also makes her angry.
Ron and Harry share a look before looking at Hermione with worry
Draco them makes a gag sound before his older brother Conner comes with Jolien from behind and whacks him over the head with a news paper he just got
Jolien: *giggles* looks like were interrupting. *smiles*
Draco: *glares lightly at his older brother* What was that for?
Conner: For being immature. After all you don't do that when I snog Jolien which makes me wonder what dirty things you think when we do that
Draco: that's different and you don't wanna know that trust me. *smiles and smirks a little*
Jolien blushes lightly taking Conner's hand in hers while smiling
Harry, Hermione and Ron: NO WAY?!!! *their eyes widen and jaws drop*
Hermione: this can't be happening?! My sister?! with the older Malfoy?! *tries not to faint right then and there*
Ron and Harry share a look this is as much as a shock to them as it is to Hermione.
Diana and Ian bite back their laughs at that as Diana moves in Ian's lap and wraps her arms around his neck while his arms wrap around her waist and holds her close as his nose starts to rub against her cheek after which he kisses it several times
Ian: I love you so so much Diana i always have and always will. *smiles before smashing his lips on hers*
Conner: *wraps his arms around Jolien's waist* all's well that ends well. *kisses her cheek*
Jolien: Not for everyone *giggles wrapping her arms around him and motions to the trio*
The trio have wide eyes and dropped jaws of shock and disbelief...out of no where all three of them FAINT
Conner, Jolien, Draco, Pansy and Blaise burst out laughing at that.
Draco: they are never gonna shut up about this...
Blaise: i think i speak for everyone when i say funniest and greatest day ever.
after that everyone hum and nods in agreement.
