He wrapped his arm protectively around her waist at Starks large party. He knew she would take he bait but the last guy who hit on her was driving him nuts. She had dissed him and kissed James before looking over at him. "I love you."
"Love you too." He responded and a very drunk Stark came oncer to them with a tipsy Pepper. Nat looked around and noticed Wanda and Vision sneaking off with Pietro in the corner wooing some poor girl.
Steve and Sharon were dancing and so were Thor's and Jane. Sam was working the bar. "Heyyy. Romanoffff. You and Solider over there shoulddd get on the dance flooor." Pepper looked apologetic as she led him away. James took Tony's advice and swept her off to the floor, having her sway gently back and forth. Her overly revealing black dress was teasing him.
"Solider. Eyes up here." She told him and he looked at her with puppy dog eyes, with her permission led her off to the bedroom.
