VALENTINES DAY SPECIAL (2019)

" Minnie I want some chocolate, but I have no one. Why can't I find a boyfriend like the others!!", I complain to Minnie as I lie on my bed with my back as I look at Minnie who's upside down, or more like I was.

It was 5 hours until Valentine's Day started and there Minnie was on the wooden floor.  With a velvet ribbon around his tiny neck that was made into a bow, Minnie tips his head to his right, cute~.

I swing my upper body up and sat up on top of my bed.  I turned my body to face Minnie and complain to him even more about having no one to celebrate Valentine's day.

" Don't even get me started on Woojin and Chan!! They may look like they just want to maintain a friendship, but~ who blushes when talking to each other, stutters only around them and no one else, and stares at the other all day with love in their eyes!! How about Jisung and Minho!!! DATES, KISSES, CUDDL-"

" MEOW!!!", Minnie suddenly lets out a little roar as he covers his ears with his white soft paws.

I takes in a deep sigh before letting gravity force me into falling onto my bed and my eyes stare at the ceiling.

" AHHH!! Lets just sleep Minnie, I'm going to be to lonely for tomorrow to be alive...", I slowly shut my eyes and let the sleepiness take my mind away from today.

" What about me HyunJin? I'll be your Valentine's Day partner.", I heard a voice as a couple minutes pass, but was to sleepy to know who it was and open my eyes.

If someone came and robbed my house, I wonder if Minnie would protect me.  I smile inside thinking of Minnie being overprotective of me over my sleeping body.

" If only you knew it was me HyunJin, Mi-", and those were the last words I heard when I fell asleep and went to dreamland.

I woke up on my right and sat up rubbing my eyes as I notice outside my window was dark.  My room wasn't lit as I just woke up, but the only source of light was my clock and the open door to the hallway.

" 10 more minutes until Valentine's Day start.", I mumble to myself as I remove myself from my bed and stood up on the wooden floors.

' What's on the ground?', I wonder as I felt something like petals under my feet, but only to ignore it as I thought I was still dreaming from being half awake.

I walk towards my light switch which was near the open door and turned it on as I closed my eyes and called out to Minnie, " Minnie!! Where are you!!"

I open my eyes once the lights were on and notice red petals.

' Looks like I wasn't dreaming...", I stare at the red rose petals on the floor and wonder who done this.

' Is Jeongin playing a prank on me right now?', I thought as there was 5 minutes left until Valentine's Day start.

" Jeongin you better not be playing with me right now!!", I yell out but then suddenly remember about Minnie, where's Minnie?

I start to worry a bit, or more like a lot!!

" MINNIE!! WHERE ARE YOU!!", Shouting and looking everywhere, under the bed, kitchen, bathroom, living room, there's no signs of Minnie.

After standing still for a few seconds, a few tears tries to break free and they succeed at it as I start to walk back into my bedroom and let the tears fall slowly.

" Minnie, how am I going to live without you.  My parents are gone and everybody's busy, you're the only being that's always with me whenever there's tough times.", I talk to Minnie as if he was there, but no response came.

10 seconds left until Valentine's Day start.

HyunJin still cries as he weeps out Minnie's name endlessly with no stop.

To busy on call out Minnie's name, HyunJin doesn't hear the little paw prints that were made coming inside his bedroom.

" Minnie Minnie, come back please!!"

" I miss you already Minnie."

" I guess I have to live without you now. Did I tell you I love you Minnie, I'll regret it if I didn't. Bye Minnie."

" Meow~"

Hyunjin heard the sweet little meow that he was wishing and missing for these past few minutes.

He wipes his tears away and look at the ground.

And there Minnie was once again on the wooden floor. He was holding a rose in his mouth that he manage to find somehow.

Minnie jumps onto HyunJin's lap and moves his mouth towards HyunJin's hand and places the rose in his palms.

" You had me scare Minnie!!", HyunJin softly but angry yells at Minnie, but inside, he was happy Minnie was back with a smile plaster on his mouth.

Minnie moves his mouths up to HyunJin's cheek and kisses it as a gift for Valentine's day before backing down and cuddling into HyunJin's chest shy.

HyunJin giggle and looks at the rose before looking at Minnie who's hiding.

His tears were now gone and all that's left was just a Valentine's Day with Minnie in HyunJin's chest embarrassed and HyunJin's giggling.

' Looks like I have someone to spend Valentine's day with this year~"
