Chapter 9 ( His Decision )

Cley's Pov:

As she deeply fall asleep, I carry her to her bedroom. I slowly put her in bed and cover her with blanket. I know she's tired and exhausted about what happened. I don't want her to see like that.

Afraid, confused. Hopeless, incurable and helpless. As her mate, it's my responsibility to take care of her. To ensure that she's always safe, happy and contended.

I'm willing to do everything to fulfill that responsibility towards her. I mean, it's not only responsibility i'am talking here. Shes important and special to me. Fine! I admit, I've already fall for her the first time I saw her.

And that feelings makes me confused right now. I want to be by her side forever, but what about my pack? I also have a responsibility to them. I'am their future alpha, if ever my dad retired.

I also want to ensure their safety. But with Berlyn around, knowing that she's a hybrid that we need to get rid off? How can I assure their one hundred percent safe?

I have so many what if's in my mind. I'm so confused. I don't want to choose between her and my pack. I want to keep them both. I need her in my life. I don't know how to survive everyday without her. And my pack also need me.

Their both important to me. I just hope that everything will be fine. I need dad to consult right now. There's no one else who can help me but him. I badly needed his advice. I pick up my phone and dialed his number.

"Hello, son. How is she?" There's concerned in his voice.

"She's fine now, dad. Sleeping." I said. Thinking other ways to open up with him.

"Good. Why did you call?" He asked.

"Can I trust you dad?" I asked. Of course I do trust him. But I want to be sure about it. This is not a simple problem, I'm sure.

"What kind of question is that? Of course you can trust me. Why, son? Is something bothering you? You can tell me." He said, seriously this time.

"It's about Berlyn. My mate. She's the hybrid we been looking for." I said directly.

"What!? Are you serious, son?" He asked in disbelief.

"I'm serious dad. That was our problem. You said that we will kill her the moment we find her." I said. Just the thinking of killing her makes me furious.

"Yes, we will kill her. Bring her here and I'm gonna get rid of her." He said.

"What!? You can't be serious dad. You know I can't do that. She's my mate. I can't live without her." I said.

"I know, son. I understand. Listen to me. She is our future Luna. Hurting her is the least we can do. She's important to our pack. We couldn't change the fact that she belong to us. But like what I said, she's dangerous and deadly." He said calmly.

"So what are you trying to say? That I surrender her to you and what? You gonna kill her if I'm not around?" I said with disgust.

"Of course not son! Why would I do that? Here's the plan.you need to convince her to leave the city. She need to be here in Forks as soon as possible. Were going to train her physically and mentally. Were gonna help her to control her power and ability. I know that it's dangerous and risky, but we need to try. Not only for her, but for all of us. She's dangerous, but if she learn to control everything, I know she can handle it properly without hurting others. Do you understand?"

He said. I sighed in relief. Dad always had a nicer plan, huh?

"Yes, dad. I understand. I'll bring her there as soon as possible to get rid of our problem. Thank you, dad."

After our conversation, I feel a little bit relieved. Dad was right. What he said is for the best. I'm willing to do everything for Berlyn.

I lay in her bed, next to her. She's still in a deep sleep. I placed my arms around her waist and pull me closer. I want to sleep like this every night.

She - between my arms and her head on my chest. It really felt good. It makes me feel like no matter what happened, as long as she's beside me, we can make it better, forever.

I close my eyes and fell asleep, without knowing that Berlyn started to moved and left me behind...
