It was the morning of Valentine's day Bucky got up early and put Makayla's gift in his back pack then left his house grabbed some breakfast and her favorite coffee then he drove to her house. Miranda let him in "She's still asleep." she whispered when she opened the door.
"Okay." Bucky said in a low tone as he made his way to the stairs.
He got upstairs very quietly opened her door and sat her roses and food on her desk and his backpack on the floor. He sat down on the bed moved her hair back. "Baby happy Valentine's day." he whispered in her ear.
"Mmm happy valentine's day baby. Please make the baby stop kicking me." she whispered as she rolled back on to her back.
He looked at her growing baby bump and kissed it. "You be nice to mama she's keeping you safe in there."
She opened her eyes and said "Morning baby."
"Morning beautiful." he said
She sat up and kissed him. "I got you breakfast and these are for you and I have one more surprise." he said
"Baby.. you didn't have to do all that. Surprising me with you here was enough. Even though I am cranky cause the baby keeps kicking me at night and it's hard to sleep." she said
He opened his backpack and said "This is for you. Makayla Faith Ann I love you and I never thought I would want love cause the idea use to scare me then you came along. You made me feel things I hadn't felt before with any girl. Each night we spent together made me feel them more and more. The day you fell at competition my heart stopped cause I was scared and I have never been more scared in my life except well you know. When the doctor's said you were pregnant I was so scared and seeing you cry cause I told you why I had you pick me up why I was scared to tell anyone made my heart break cause I didn't want to hurt you or leave you I wanted to be here with you. So um this right here is my promise baby that I'm not going anywhere I'm here to stay and one day I promise we will get married I love you Makayla Faith Ann."

"Bucky.. oh my gosh this is beautiful" she said as he slid it on her finger.
She grabbed his cheeks and kissed him and they started to make out. He moaned "Baby your food mmm god.." he whispered in between kisses as she climbed on top of him.
She broke the kiss and smiled down at her ring "I love you James Buchanan." she said
"I love you baby." he said
She got up went over to her desk to eat her food. After she finished her food she to ready for school. They rode in together cause they had doctor's appointment that day during 4th period.
Once she got to school the girls were gushing over her ring Declan looked at Bucky "Man what has happened to you."
"I fell in love.. I broke my own rule." he said
Steve said "I knew it would happen one day."
"Shut up." Bucky said
During 4th period they checked out of school then headed to the doctor's office. Once they got the ultrasound started the doctor said "Alright let's see if the baby will let us see it's parts today."
The doctor moved the wand all over Makayla's stomach as they watched the baby move around on the screen. Finally the doctor said "It's a boy."
"It's a boy." Makayla said
"It's a boy for sure." THe doctor said
Bucky swallowed hard as fear fell over him. After the appointment Makayla said "Baby are you alright."
"Yeah ..I just um I'm nervous now. I was actually hoping for a girl cause you would be able to help with her. Granted I know you would help with him I'm just I'm scared now I don't want to be like my dad with him Makayla and I'm scared that I might be a hard ass on him cause that's all I know. He wasn't like that with my older sister I mean she got pregnant at 16 and nobody said a word. I smoked pot I drank and had sex a lot and I got in trouble all the time." he said
"Bucky slow down baby it's okay we are both new at this we are 17 and we both have our moms to help us. And my dad he loves you, you know that right. We are doing this together Bucky. If I feel like you are being to hard on him I will tell you baby no need to get all freaked out right now he's not even here yet we still have another 4 months to go. We need a name first baby I know in your letter to me you said James has to be in his name so does it have to be middle or first like yours." she said
"It doesn't matter to me. I would prefer the middle name cause it can get confusing at times so um whatever you want to make the first name that sounds good with James. " he said
"Okay just breathe baby okay. What about Weston James Barnes. Weston is my brother's middle name and my dad's middle name." she said
"I like Weston baby and it sounds good with my name." he said
"Weston James Barnes it is then." she said with a smile.
She took a picture of the ultrasound and put "Everyone we would like to announce that Baby Barnes is now "Weston James Barnes" It's a boy!!" then sent it out to all friends and family then posted it to her social media tagging Bucky in the post.
That night Bucky took her out to dinner at Red Lobster and they shared a hot fudge sundae for dessert then she spent the night with him at his place.
