*Hospital room*
Yoongi was at last at peace when he reached the hospital. Manager hyung found him at the reception and he followed him to get to her. They got out of the elevator and stopped outside her room door. Yoongi stopped there unable to move .The guilt inside was not allowing him to face her. If not for him, she would never have to go through all this.
But Yoongi had to face this, so he opened the door. The room was empty. Half of the blanket was lying on the floor and she was gone. Yoongi was stunned he asked the manager hyung if he is sure she was moved to this ward.
He went inside and saw a letter on the table beside the bed. It said-
"To the person who saved me, I don't know who you are but I'm really grateful to you for saving me. You don't have to worry about me I'll not cause any kind of trouble for you. I don't think I can ever return the favour you've done for me, but I'll make sure to repay the bills as soon as possible. And just letting you know that someone out there in the crowd sincerely will always wish you to be happy. Again thank you for saving my life. Goodbye!"
Yoongi came out and rushed towards the reception and asked for her number. He dialed but the number was switched off. So, he asked for her address but they didn't have that. Manager Hyung asked him to go back to his apartment since it's too late and that Yoongi needed some rest. He had to get back to his apartment .
He saw an ambulance outside the apartment. But he didn't care much because his head was a mess after what happened in the hospital. Only one thing that was bothering him was that at least once had he seen her face. Now the only thing he knows is her name.
*In the girl's house*
Her friend answered the door bell, she open the door and saw someone lying on the floor. She dialed up to the ambulance and they arrived after 15 minutes. She was taken out in the stretcher and was put in the ambulance. She was rushed into the ER. After sometime the doctor came out and met her friend and said that she needs little bit of rest since she had met with an accident not long ago and she needs to be recovered.
After 1 hour~
Inha woke up and again a white ceiling was the first thing she saw. Inha got up and sat up leaning on the wall behind. Her friend was sleeping on the chair beside, she called her out. "Lana", she woke up being startled as hell as if something hit her. But the moment she saw her her expression changed within seconds and she started nagging her like her mom.
"You little prick, can't you take care of yourself? I keep asking you to call me after you are done with your work and that I would come pick you up. But no you have decided to not to listen to me!"
Inha moved slightly and hugged her, she knew Lana needed it. "Kim In Ha i'm not done nagging you.", her voice lowered and Inha knew at that moment she was crying.
Inha used to think..Why my life has to give hard time always .
But then this girl,who was right by her side since the time they met and never left Inha alone. Inha got teared up a bit when her past flashed in front of her.
Flashback
Inha's father died after she was born due to an accident at his workplace. Her mom gave birth to her brother when Inha was 12 and her mother passed away after 2 months as she was very weak to do work and take care of Inha and her brother. Inha started doing part time jobs to make her brother study.
It was Inha's sixteenth birthday; Inha, her brother and Lana were wandering on the busy market streets, when they saw a tteok-bokki stall. They then went and sat on a bench by the river side. Inha took her small phone out of her bag and turned on the radio, It was playing a beautiful song that caught her attention as the lyrics related a lot to her life then. That day on wards Inha decided to start writing lyrics since it was the best way of expressing her thoughts and feelings as well.
When Inha was 21 she got a call saying her brother got himself into some fight and was beaten to death. From then on Inha was totally broken but she tried to live on because she remembered that "Tired, hopeless, empty-handed, but we are together."
Her brother used to say this to her every time Inha was sad.
*Present time*
Inha could do nothing but some drops of tears came out of her eyes ,Lana felt Inha trying to resist herself from crying because she was consoling her.
Inha got discharged and went to Lana's house. After they reached Lana's house, Inha went straight to the bed, Lana walked in and came beside her asked her what happened to her and how she got into accident? Lana said that the doctor said that Inha had a fresh wound on her head.
Inha tried to tell her,but suddenly Inha started having a headache. Lana said not to stress herself and that she has gone through a lot that night. It was indeed the longest night of her life since from where she remember.
