That night Inha was transferred aboard. Lana also went with her. Cam didn't because he knew he wouldn't be able to face her. He could have saved her from this but he couldn't.
Many doctors examined Inha, trying to get to a conclusion, studying her thoroughly. The day of her operation was near. Lana was worried, what if this operation doesn't go successfully? She knew she shouldn't be thinking negatively but she couldn't help herself.
*The day of operation*
Inha was moved to the operation room, Lana made her way to the reception to velar out the hospital bills. The operation was carried out for 2 hours.
The doctors came out. Lana hurriedly, "She is fine?"
"The operation was successful in a way."
"What do you mean 'in a way'?"
"You see when we found what she was forced to consume, that substance was made a very intelligent doctor. It was hard to even hope that it has completely disposed because we did everything we can. She will wake up soon, she will remember everything but if..." the doctor explained.
"I understand. Can I take her back ?" Lana questioned.
"Yeah you can because you know it would be better for her ."
Inha woke up after 3 hours. She looked as healthy as ever. Lana was busy peeling oranges for her.
"Lana?"
"Inha? you are awake, that's great!" Lana answered smiling.
"How long was I unconscious?"
"2 days, I guess. Okay listen, I know you hate being in the hospital so I have booked flights to go back home." Lana said, handing oranges to Inha.
"Oh really! thank you~ Wait where are we?"
"You were transferred aboard for some reason, you don't need to know" Lana's smiled.
"Oh~ Let's get going I want to see Cam" Inha said excitedly.
"And what about 'him'?"
"What about him I don't wanna talk about him."
"Inha, don't be childish."
"I am being childish? I called out to him but he never came to me. It was him who came to me unexpectedly and left without saying anything. How would explain that. He really.." Inha busted into tears, "really is a bad person"
"There there. Okay let's not talk about him. Look at the time we will miss our flight. Hurry up and change your clothes while I make a call, okay?" Lana said patting Inha's head.
"Okay~" Inha rushed to change her clothes.
Lana came out of the ward, wondering if it is okay to make that call. Lana knew Inha might regret it later if she doesn't meet him.
