What the hell did I just witness? Did that little girl just stand up to the pack, and make them leave? That's a new one. She pulls a blanket over me, going into a bag under an old table and gets a water bottle, pouring it into an old bowl. she holds it up to me.
"common, you need to stay hydrated."
i move my head away and she sighs.
"please?"
i avoid eye contact, feeling weak as i drink the water. she pats my head.
"thank you."
She stands up and winces.
"i'll be back later..."
I look up at her, we lock eyes and my heart clenches. She's my mate. This small, beautiful, perfect woman...she's my mate...
She gives a perplexed look and closes her eyes, shaking her head.
"i-i...i'll be back tomorrow, stay here."
she quickly looks away and leaves. im going to have trouble sleeping.

i race back to my bag and then home.
"Where the hell where you?"

i lower my head.
"Your were wondering again. Weren't you."
i can't tell him about the wolf.
"yes..."
"Stupid bitch!"
he smacks me hard across the face, i fall against the wall.
"You made a fool out of your brothers and I!"

he grabs my throat, throwing me to the floor.
"Take your shirt off."
i wince, slowly pulling my shirt over my head.
"I don't want to see the scars. Make them disappear."
i do so and can hear his smile as he speaks.
"Fresh canvas. DARREL, JONATHAN, GET READY FOR BLU!"
he grabs some old cables from the table, lashing my back harshly. i close my eyes tightly and bite my lip to be quiet. i can feel the blood, sliding down the smooth skin of my back and onto the floor. he delivers twelve more and then drops it.
"I want you to come clean this up after your done upstairs."
he walks in front of me, bending down and tilting my head up to him.
"Disgusting little slut, aren't you?"
he lifts me up and pushes me in the direction of the stairs. i limp up them and into my so called "brothers" room. their pants are already at their ankles.
"Hurry up. Dads pissed so he wants you next."
