She's still not back. I don't feel good. Is she ok? I walk out of the shed and call the guys. Soon, both of the packs are here.
"So what's going on? Who was that girl."
Sam circles me, growling. I broaden my stance, watching him.
"She's my mate."
"Oh? Then why isn't she with you?"
"Fuck off."
"She isnt human, couldnt you smell her? She is a danger to us and the people. We must destroy her-"
I cut him off, stepping closer to be right in his face.
"Touch her and I will rip out your mates heart while you watch."
He growls at me.
"You wouldn't-"
"Fuck I wouldn't. You are willing to kill my one and only, It's only fair I kill yours."
He scowls at me and leaves. I know that wasn't where it'll end, it never is with him. I catch her sent and run after it, leading me to the cullens. Why them? Why does it have to be them? I shift and Edward walks out.
"What do you want."
"I want my mate."
"A new girl? I don't think she wants you."
I growl.
"Stay out of my head! Just, bring her out, please."
He sighs.
"She's sleeping."
"Then let me in to take her home."
"I can't do that."
"Well why the fuck not?"
"Jacob she doesn't know you're a human, and she's not even a human- Oh, you don't know what she is yet, do you?"
He chuckles.
"Please just, let me stay here until she wakes up."
Bell walks out.
"Of course Jacob, come on in."
She nudges Edwards shoulder and I bite back a laugh, jogging in. I can't wait to see her again.
