Personality: Despite her icey appearance, Obby is actually a warm soul, she enjoys having a good time with her mentor and friends. And while she is indeed, fairly childish and kinda silly, when the situation calls for it, she can also be fairly serious and intuitive.
Background: She doesn't let much about her past out to people, but she spent about 50 years with her mother, a Nykur named Froga who taught her the ways of the frigid waters of the North, how to lure children and unsuspecting passersby and drown them. Due to her human nature however, her knowledge of right and wrong eventually made her flee from her mother so she wouldn't have to partake of the murders any longer.
Skills: She's handy with ice manipulation and is a quick learner.
Power: She can shapeshift in the water to her spirit form and has most of the abilities that a Kelpie or a Nykur would have. The only power she retains in her human form is Frost Touch
Disadvantage(s)/Flaw(s): Extreme heat is a big one, if it gets over 100 °F, she will quite literally, begin to melt.
Weapons: She hates to actually fight, and isn't very good at it, but when it comes down to it, she'll use her fists or Frost Touch to slow down her opponent.
